Small and cute beach front house. Very convenient. Including all cooking utilities and spices. Host is nice.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and cozy home! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has everything you might need — from a toothbrush to fresh bed linens. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, although occasionally the friendly neighbors enjoy singing karaoke or playing music, which actually adds to the charm of the area. There are many small local shops nearby, conveniently attached to homes, where you can grab snacks and drinks. Just a 10-minute taxi ride away, there’s a small shopping mall where you can do your grocery shopping. There’s also an excellent seafood restaurant near the coast that we highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for another month!

Located just minutes away from the main attraction of Vinh Hy, this Greek inspired home was a treat to stay at. Our host and the caretaker are super responsive and helpful when we had questions pertaining to the area and what the home had to offer. Everything from linens, laundry, shampoo and body wash, and cooking utensils are provided. The view beyond the house is very lovely when you wake up to sunrise and sunset. The only downside of the alley entrance for families arriving in SUVs is that it’s a bit of a tight squeeze due to construction. Otherwise, e-trams and rental bikes are close by and convenient to take.

We had a truly special stay at Huyen Trang’s vegan homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. Trang went above and beyond, even helping us care for our little son, which meant a lot to our family. The meals were incredible, home-cooked vegan food straight from their garden, made with so much love and flavour. What touched us most was how their lovely children shared their toys and played joyfully with our daughter, creating such a warm and homely environment. This was more than just a stay; it felt like being part of a caring community. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a meaningful, peaceful experience.

The house is a condo-style apartment on the 9th floor. You need a card to operate the elevator, so there is a strong sense of security. The apartment is spacious is far better than the pictures suggest! It is quiet, beautiful with nice decoration on the walls, coupled with a lot of wooden material both on the walls and furniture which gives to the house a traditional scent. There are 3 king size beds!!! Fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, TV, and AC if needed. There is also a small office which is perfect for working. The internet is very fast and reliable. I never had any problems with it will working online. I immedeately felt very homey, loved it from the first day and I extended my stay for more than a month, with a great reduction in price. Vy, the owner is very attentive and she provided me with a flawless experience in anything I needed, related to my stay in Phan Rang in general. The house is located 5 minutes (by motorbike) from the city center. Overall a great stay!

Very convenient for kiting, village walks, fruit and vege market. A little difficult getting gear in and out otherwise great base for kiting along the bay....

Absolutely amazing stay! We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home – it had plenty of space for our entire family and was perfect for a long stay. The house is well-equipped with everything you could need, stylishly decorated, and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which made it even more relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful – even though the house was a little tricky to find at first, they made sure we had everything we needed and guided us the whole way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Farm đẹp, view đẹp , giá cả rẻ hơn khách sạn mà ở thoải mái. Từ đây có thể đi các địa điểm đẹp ở Phan Rang. Mình đi có 2 người nên không ở hết. Có thể ở và chơi được theo nhóm từ 6-10 người. Trước khi đến nên gọi anh chủ ra đón , cách đường chính khoảng 200m nhưng google nó dẫn lòng vòng
