This apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Almadies roundabout (rond point), within walking distance of the beach and all the restaurants around it. Appartement au 4eme étage (spécial motivation au sport😍).Idéalement situé à 400m de la plage et à quelques rues des Almadies, vous séjournez dans un logement paisible et aéré.La femme de ménage passe chaque 2 jours,à nos frais. Par contre,pour l’électricité, il y a à votre disposition une boîte rechargeable que vous contrôlerez vous-même (à votre charge). C’est un environnement sécurisé, dans un quartier mixte entre tradition (Ngor) et modernité (Almadies) ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme

Venez profiter de notre logement élégant et central tout équipé et très confortable. A la fois pratique pour des vacances ou pour des séjours de travail car il équipé d'une connexion wifi avec la fibre. Cet appartement ce situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur dans le quartier de Ngor Almadies qui est très sécurisé et touristique avec ces plages, restaurants, boutiques et facilité de déplacement. PS : l'électricité est en supplément et se recharge par code.
