This property is great! It looks better in person than the pictures! The view from the room and the rooftop is wonderful, and I fully recommend taking advantage of the beautiful pool area. The host was extremely kind and proactive, always ready to assist me when needed. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Big and spacious, good for family stay. Beds are comfortable. Host is quite helpful and very responsive. Location is fine but if you are going to Taipei city it will take quite long with the traffic.

Luckily, I met Tina in person. I could see she was doing her best to help us and offer us everything we need. She showed me around the facilities and explained how to use all the facilities such as swimming pool, reading room, gym, playing room, etc. And she prepared subway map, taibei map for us. even shuttle bus tickets.

Very good to stay for a night or two if you have something to do in that area. The place is actually much better than we expected from the photos. Everything is there and the Landlord has an eye for details. Thanks a lot for hosting.

地點從頭城火車站走路大約10-15分鐘，可以在櫃檯租腳踏車，「ㄧ台」押金2000元，一小時20元，最晚20:00前需還車，這次有騎覺得還不錯，腳踏車本身就有鎖，去各個景點都可以停下來但不用擔心腳踏車會不會不見，警衛人很好很有耐心的指引我們。 看留言很多人提到熱水不熱，可能因為入住時為週一沒有遇到這樣的問題，清潔費較高但環境確實整潔，偶爾來這邊泡湯享受一下很不錯。 資訊欄裡寫沒有提供洗髮乳只有香皂，所以有特別帶洗髮乳過去，但實際的話是沒有香皂，沐浴乳洗髮乳洗手乳都有。 枕頭是硬的個人很喜歡，床偏軟我自己覺得沙發更好躺，吹毛求疵的話給予兩點建議，第一是覺得燈不夠亮，如果亮一點的話，整體房間看起來會更高級整潔；再來第二點是關於電視，電視的聲音好遠想連自己的音響畫面卻會lag，然後沒有備HDMI線，近期去過的住宿基本上都有備，想打Switch 就不用再多帶一條線，但以上只是吹毛求疵而已。 這次原本是想訂希臘房但確定要訂的時候剛好沒了，下次會去試試別的主題房間的，也會推薦給其他朋友入住。

Lisa was a very good host. She was helpful and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We had hot water problems on the first night, but she came right over to fix them. Overall, we had a very good experience staying at her place. I highly recommend her place.

是一個獨棟住家，因為當初建築特別規劃所以格局與一般住家格局相當不同，而且有書、鋼琴、小閣樓、按摩椅，對帶小朋友的家庭旅遊是不錯的選擇。是在三樓的半開放物件，睡覺的和式與書房有霧面拉門，三樓陽台養一隻狗，不吵不鬧很乖，但很在意的人要自己考量自己的需求。樓上有常住的住客，這次住宿期間住客都會刻意在旅客住宿期間避開公共空間的使用。因為中秋剛好在這裡烤肉，四樓輕廚房跟陽台讓烤肉變得容易與方便，晚上洗完澡使用按摩椅是一整天下來放鬆的時間。由於颱風影響住宿兩天還算涼快，如果住宿當中有需求記得即時跟房東反應，希望其他人也能有不錯的住宿體驗。

The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Our host was respectful of our privacy but always available when needed!

房东老师非常nice，下车时下雨，还专程来火车站接我们，住处安静祥和，旁边古街适合慢节奏，海边也不远，宜兰是个好地方！

兩天的住宿非常的舒適，就像自己的家一樣，房源有暖氣，天氣濕冷都可以很溫暖，睡得很好，房源有溫泉可以泡、有小陽台可以看夜景、看火車，晚上想要簡單煮食也可以，來到宜蘭會再二訪的地方，推薦給大家哦。

這次取消外國旅程去宜蘭放鬆，沒想到就遇到這麼棒的物件！大樓很漂亮，進去房間後空間很大，香香的味道很舒服，乾淨且溫馨。 最棒的是有溫泉不但熱度夠也可以放鬆。 地點很好，有車的話非常推薦！ 如果開車來宜蘭要住不論一天或多天都非常推薦這邊。 Cyrus也隨時提供協助排除問題～

I didn't know that there is no bed - but mattress is on the floor. It's Ok though for the most part. I am quite old and being so low to the ground made getting into and off the mattress a bit hard. Overall, it is really good stay. The check-in and check-out was guided by the owner's family member who was able to provide airport transportation at a reasonable cost. This convenience made arrival and departure stressfree and is greatly appreciated.

房間和敘述都符合，view 很好，房間寬敞。一樓都是餐廳，距離 7-11 也不遠。可惜因為距離馬路太近，深夜飆車的聲響確實會影響入睡品質，這是唯一可惜之處。其餘都很好，房東在聯繫上也主動親切，還提醒我們有忘記的衣物，幫了很大的忙。
