House vacation rentals in Névian

We booked this place for two people for a week. We were very well received, Béatrice is very friendly and knows the surroundings very well for tourist ideas. The space is large for two people, we weren't stepping on each other's toes. It has two air conditioners, making the stay very pleasant during the strong heat. Despite the very close proximity of the owners, we felt in a home just for ourselves, with our independence. Access to the pool was very nice I would recommned this property.

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We had a great time with the family in the villa of Fabrice and his partner, very welcoming and very responsive hosts! Handover of keys more than early than expected to make the most of the pool and its outdoor kitchen, a delight! Very clean and tastefully decorated accommodation that perfectly matches the description. The amenities and air conditioning were more than appreciated! We recommend 100%

The villa is on the edge of Somail, very very quiet place 3min from the Canal du Midi. The villa is amazing! It looked even smaller in the photos while there is a very large volume. Well arranged with a separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (which each have their own bathroom/wc) and the living room. All rooms have AC. The outdoor area with a pool is great. No opposite and the pool is sunny almost all day! (That's cleaned 2 times a week) We were lucky to have had no mosquitoes too while a little further, there were a lot closer to the Canal du Midi. Lily and her mother who hosted us were nice, helpful and very responsive. If we really had to make a complaint, but it's the only one. The BBQ grills were dirty when we arrived and we were unable to remove all the dirt. I recommend 100%!! It was a great time with the family!

My stay was just perfect. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, bright and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to all amenities. I particularly enjoyed the terrace and the jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a busy day.

We had a great week at Sylvie and Didier's Hacienda. Although a few finishes are not finished (coated, tiled) outside the villa, this does not affect the quality of the stay in any way. The interior of the villa is very clean and functional (kitchen, bathroom, toilet), all with white columns that give a real charm to the house. Finally, the summer terrace as well as the pisicine are superb and we enjoyed it! As for Sylvie and Didier, they are very friendly, natural and warm people.

We had a lovely stay! There’s so much to explore within walking distance: restaurants, shops, and plenty to see. A great spot for a relaxing seaside getaway!

Very clean accommodation. Pleasant wood heating and Christine is very responsive to requests. In addition, the availability of essentials (kitchen, bathroom, books and games) is appreciated. You just have to be careful of the stairs, which are a bit steep. I would recommend it!

Great week at Lionel's. We immediately felt at home, the house is spacious and the garden as well as the private spa are very nice. Finally, the beach is a 5-minute walk away, it's just perfect. We will definitely be back!

Impeccable accommodation, quiet, secure, comfortable bedding, private parking, very welcoming and accommodating host, great terrace...everything nearby, no need to take the car, beach 10 minutes away, restaurants, pizzeria... We had a lovely family weekend! We will be back!

Lovely time in this simple apartment a few steps from an amazing beach. It's not fancy but has everything you need for a beach stay and the shutters and Aircon are a nice touch.

Our stay was perfect, thanks again to the advice and hospitality of Régis who is an impeccable, available, warm and good host for visiting the area around the accommodation. We will keep fond memories of our stay in Coursan.

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

Beautiful place! Charles' house is perfect for getting away from everyday life and creating magical memories with family or friends. A Nordic bath, trees as far as the eye can see and the gentle sound of the river... Thanks for the few days!
