Vacation rentals with a patio in Netherlands

We had a very nice extended weekend. The weather was at its best. Everything was within walking distance. The place is very quiet, very cozy and lovingly furnished. Joeke as hostess is very friendly and straightforward. Will definitely visit again.

The house is located in the elegant and tranquil upscale rich district, half an hour from Amsterdam central station train station and it takes only 10 minutes to go to the train station.The town itself is an idyllic canal setting with beautiful views.We love our community and our time spent here.Will come back again!

I enjoyed my stay very much, the landlords were extremely friendly and always responsive. This small apartment has everything you need. I felt very comfortable there. The place has everything you want for a getaway. The location is great. Since I traveled with a dog, I really liked that you immediately have the opportunity to walk the dog "in the countryside" as soon as you leave the property. The entire property is a dream, the garden is a paradise. I would book this place again anytime.

We had a delightful 5 night stay at Diana's home. First, the apartment: It was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would find in your own home (even a hairdryer!). The photos are accurate although they don't show how large the living room actually is and so that was a nice surprise. The kitchen was great with a large refrigerator/freezer and had gas cooking. Loved the shower for its' ample water pressure and spacious layout. The bed was very comfortable. The in unit washer and dryer were easy to operate. Ideally located: Around the corner from the subway and a couple of blocks from the tram. From Amsterdam airport the apartment is just a few stops south (3 or 4) on the M52 subway. We bought a multi-day unlimited GVB pass for the subway & trams. Super easy to buy online and use. Diana's place is in a very walkable area by the open air market, restaurants and museums. You must try the truffle pizza @ L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele around the corner. Book and Enjoy!!

Demi is a fantastic host. Perfect communication, and we received great information along with excellent restaurant recommendations. The accommodation is bright and very cozy. I haven’t slept in such a comfortable bed in a long time. Everything is also easily accessible on foot. We can definitely recommend it.

Extremely friendly hostess! Lovely apartment with all amenities you might need. Very cozy and another nice extra space with bar and dart board. The beds were lovely, everything was clean and decorated with atmosphere. We had a great time and did a day trip to Terschelling, which was fine to do from Arum.

the apartment is located close to a range of shops,restaurants and bars. Very easy to travel to and from the main airport, either by bus or train. Comfy bed, well equipped, clean and quiet.

We were surprised by the large of the house. 3 large bedrooms, where the curtains unfortunately let a lot of light through. Nice spacious living room and dining table. We just missed some mirrors. 1 mirror on the bathroom for in my case 6 women is really too little. Should have hung a mirror in the bedrooms. But price technically definitely very interesting and highly recommended.

We were visiting a relative in the area. The venue suited our needs very nicely. Home from home (once we got used to the stairs). A version of the Guidance Book in English would be very useful. If we venture into Drenthe again, we will certainly look to see if Irene’s home is available.

Very spacious and pleasant house. Despite the very dense neighbors, it is very quiet, even on the terrace. We were 5 friends and found the house very spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is beautiful and attractive, and far enough from the center to have peace and yet at a nice distance to walk to the center quickly and safely. For 5 adults, the beds were not optimal and the house is rather recommended for families (with children), we think, but we knew that in advance. Because one of us was allergic to odor diffusers, Fran and Anabel were so kind to remove the everywhere, for which our sincere thanks. Nice and clear communication too, and clear instructions for arrival with the lockbox. Merci!

Wonderful cottage, perfect for getaway with 2. Is in the garden of Ellen’s beautiful house, but still very private due to the trees and plants.

I was able to enjoy the peace, the space and beautiful surroundings outside for a longer period of time - there was a squirrel of neighborhoods regularly - and in the cottage was everything I needed. Very tastefully decorated, wonderfully warm, but the sliding door convoy completely open to let the garden enter, lovely shower, good bed and fully equipped kitchen with all modern equipment. Fleur was very attentive and clear in advance and after that I could sit back. Thank you Fleur for your hospitality and beautiful place!

Great idea to choose the apartment for a relaxing part of our six week trip. We were thinking of travelling to Amsterdam and or Utrecht but we were rather tired at that stage and have been to Amsterdam several times. We found Armsfoort absolutely delightful and Hans loved it for photography

Karen was able to meet us at her house and walked us through. The location is perfect to explore the city. Bus 22 is right in front of the property and can get you to many places. We enjoyed our stay.

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

We (me, my wife and our five months old baby) stayed in the apartment for two months, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was ideal for a longer stay with a phenomenal location, amazing garden, and a very helpful and welcoming host family. They lend us things for the baby, responded quickly to all our requests, helped when we had visiting family and made us feel at home from the beginning. We can highly recommend renting this apartment, especially if you want to stay in Delft for a longer period.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

We had a great stay. The place is as described right on the beach, once across the street and the view in the morning great. Beach bars within walking distance. The bed is very cozy and we lacked nothing. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great Stay in Florentijn's place in Amsterdam. The location is perfect as it is in a very nice part of Amsterdam (De Pijp) with many Restaurants and Shops, but still secluded and quiet during the nights. As it is connected via Metro in only three stations to the Central Station you can be in the city center in only 15 min but also other highlights in Amsterdam are ease to reach. The flat is small but has everything you need. We traveled as family with two kids (9 & 6y old) and everything worked out great. Florentijn answered all our questions super quickly and also helped us with questions to parking and public transportation. As we traveled on the Easter weekend, accommodation prices were high everywhere and the city was even fuller with tourists than normal. If you can avoid these peak times even better, but we still managed everything we wanted to do and had a wonderful family weekend.
