I wish I could give this host and location more stars. The communication and willingness to help started weeks before our trip. They answered any questions promptly. Upon arrival, we immediately fell in love with the home. They spared no detail or expense to make it feel welcoming. Everything we needed was there and accounted for. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We even had the pleasure of meeting the actual owner. What a wonderful family. Can’t wait to be back and we will rent this space every time. Thank you VacationAruba for making our trip one of our best family vacations yet!

Even more beautiful than the photos can show. We were absolutely stunned with the views of this place. Stephanie and Thais have done and amazing job and were amazing communicators throughout our stay. For my wife and I this location was perfect; away from all of the crowds near Willemstad and close to many of the most beautiful beaches on the island. My personal favorite - Playa Lagun - was just footsteps away, which was incredible. There are two great little restaurants at Playa Lagun as well as a very walkable takeout place which was also very solid. As others have said, it's not super close to any of the 'main' grocery stores so I'd recommend stopping by a Centrum on your way from the airport. We also did a mid trip visit to Willemstad for the day and stopped by the store again on the way back. Would highly recommend renting a car. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway far away from the crowds where you can relax into the natural beauty of the island, look no further!

Our anniversary getaway at Breeze’s place was pure magic. The house of your dreams, watching the sunrise from the hammock and the sunset from the pool. Everything was super comfortable, and very well-equipped. A fantastic location to explore the beaches of Westpunt (the best on the island)

The Pelican’s Nest was amazing! Such a beautiful property, you can’t go wrong. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, very clean with mid-week linen change and touch up, private and quiet (except for NYE fireworks- amazing!!), and the views were outstanding! Maurits was a gracious and responsive host that made us feel welcomed and at home! We would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an absolute dream. So secluded, the place is just as pictured! We enjoyed walking to local restaurants and the host were super helpful for things to do!! Would recommend staying on this side of town if you’re not a city person!

Awesome home with a spectacular view! We had a perfect vacation week at this home. It is excellent for diving; the location is perfect, you can walk to 2 sites easily for snorkeling, and the rinse sinks for gear and lots spots to hang everything to dry are luxuries. There is a huge deck overlooking the sea, a pool, and lovely plants and flowers that attract tropical birds! We loved this house for our 2-couple vacation. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our trip to Nevis exceeded expectations. We rented the Zenith and the Lighthouse for our family of 5 adults. It was a perfect setup. Both are as beautiful as shown in photographs, and everything is kept in tip-top condition. We loved being a part of the Beach Club and enjoyed several meals there with friendly staff. Having the pool and beach all to ourselves overlooking the clear blue sea was and incredible treat. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property. Francois, the property manager was so responsive and helpful. The dryer wasn’t working while we were there and he made sure to have a brand new one installed so we wouldn’t be without. Very easy going and answers any questions big or small. He came to welcome us when we first arrived and wish us well when we were leaving. Will definitely be back. Note: the property can be a bit hard to find so definitely come during the day when it’s easier to see.

Villa Bonjour was the cinematic scene in the chapter of our travel book that was by far the most memorable. The villa was in a safe location, clean, airy/open space, beautifully decorated rooms with enormous bathrooms. Everything was very modern and beautiful. From the moment we booked, to gathering recommendations for services, to our arrival everything was easy and accommodating. Gwen helped me so much with local recommendations like a driver, local excursions and much more! I would absolutely book this villa with a group of girlfriends(like I did) or with my own family & kids. It works for many group settings. Last but not least- we had a friendly Iguana on the property that popped in from time to time- super cool and chill little dude 😎.

Brad is one of the best host we have ever had. He goes above and beyond for his guest. His home is absolutely perfect. The view is unmatched. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you could possibly need. You would not regret booking Brads gorgeous home. We are still dreaming of the views from the back patio.

Maayke was an amazing host! She greeted us at the residence upon arrival and proceeded to give us a tour of the house and even point out things we may need to know. She gave a ton of recommendations weeks before we arrived and was extremely responsive when whenever we contacted her during the trip! Any minor hiccups, she handled immediately and we appreciated her overall professionalism and her personality was such a cherry on top! Thank you Maayke! We’ll be back!!! :)

We had a wonderful stay here. The views are beautiful and the villa is spacious, clean and comfortable! When morning arrives, the birds of nature starts chirping as the light of sunrise wakes us up to a magnificent view of Petit Cul-De-Sac. As we are half waken, sliding open the door and stepping into the warm water of the infinity pool while the sun is in our eyes. Everything seems so peaceful as the joy of life is presented right in front of our very eyes and experienced through as the ocean breeze caresses our skin. We had an amazing stay at ocean song Villa. The place was a perfect hangout for us to chill and relax, with easy access to turtle beach. Franklin was amazing and brought us some necessities from town the first night while we were out enjoying dinner, he also set us up with a great trip to Nevis. The villa was equipped with everything we could think of, we were able to easily cook meals and stay entertained. The property is beautiful and owners were incredibly helpful. I can't recommend this place enough!

Wow, I don’t know where to begin. This villa was absolutely stunning and exceeded all of my expectations. The views were breathtaking, and the privacy between the three spacious rooms made it perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The villa is beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and so comfortable. I loved the kitchen and pool area—both were perfect for enjoying the setting. The location is ideal, with a private driveway and easy access to grocery stores, gas stations, great restaurants, beaches, beach clubs, and shops. Both the owner and the host were responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I had such a lovely time and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone. You truly cannot go wrong. Alan was very helpful and generous with his time for our stay. His communication was exceptional. Villa Ride will be our "go to" for returning to this beautiful island. It is centrally located to everything. Waking up to this view will make your trip all the more special! We were visiting on the island for my daughter's wedding. This Villa was perfect for my son, his wife and ourselves. There is privacy as well as beautiful common areas. The pool was a plus! Enjoy!

We had a great stay. The house and property were beautiful, peaceful and so comfortable. Mirja and Werner were so accommodating. The pick up and drop off at the airport were a great ammenity. They were very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was everything and more than what expected. We traveled with a family of 6 with 4 young adults and everyone was beyond happy with the house. The rooms were large and A/C worked well. The pool area was so nice to relax at with plenty of seating and the outdoor sitting area was perfect . I can’t say enough great things. As far as a host I don’t think she could have been any better. 10 out of 10 !

This stay was everything we hoped for and more. The pool/outdoor area are breathtaking and so different from the views we have at home. The location was good for our trip goals, which were to explore the island and different beaches. 25 mins to baby beach and I think it was 20 mins to eagle beach. We slept better than we did at the resort where we stayed the first half of the trip. We felt safe and Maria was very accommodating. She was a great host! We would certainly stay here again and would love to rent from Maria in the future.

Great place that matches the description. Very nice house, top equipment. We were just bothered by work throughout the period of our stay, villa under construction right in front of ours, waking up at 6:45 am every day 🥴 but the place was largely attentive to the inconvenience 😅 We had read that some had an extra charge for electricity so we were careful to turn on the A/C only before going to sleep and not leave it all night. No extra charge ☺️ The island is amazing, I recommend renting a car so I can make the most of it. We've been won over 😍😍😍 I highly recommend it. 😎 Enjoy your stay at the following 🎉

This was my 2nd time staying at the Bayside Villa. The pictures doesn’t do any justice because in person “IT’S LIKE BEING IN PARADISE”. Upon check in (Boy) was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed him. We even met “Tommy Coconut” himself and that made things more pleasurable. It was my wife’s birthday and we had dinner at a restaurant called “KOME”. Tommy Coconut surprised us and bought the first round of drinks for us to celebrate my wife’s birthday (Party Of 10). The new electric jeeps were fun to drive. Last year we had the older jeeps with manual transmission and no A/C but we’re still fun to drive but Tommy upgraded us for free and that was a definitely a plus. We are already planning our 3rd trip back but undecided if we want to repeat the same dates or to push it back until June or October. I highly recommend any of the Tommy Coconut properties and will be posting a more thorough review on TikTok and YouTube.

I had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful home! The house itself is absolutely stunning — spacious, well-kept, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. The two managers of the property were fantastic — incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to anything we needed. We did run into a small issue with the AC units, but it was resolved within a few hours, which shows how committed they are to ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious, and well-managed home. I would love to return in the future!

Nelson is an amazing host! The place was outstanding, looks even better once you arrive in person! Any questions I had, Nelson answered and made sure I was good from the second I had arrived. Being at this beautiful place was like living in a dream, I really did not want to leave at all! I will MOST DEFINITELY be booking here again in Cabo Rojo and I do truly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to have the best experience possible here in Puerto Rico!
