Apartment vacation rentals in Neo Psychiko

The apartment is just as described with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large kitchen and living space. Very well-located and pleasant for sleeping and relaxing. As with many European buildings, the access to second floor apartments requires several flights of stairs, in this case, four. Elderly or mobility-compromised persons may find them challenging but we were very careful and cautious and had no real problems navigating them.

I totally recommand staying in this Appartment. We were a group of 6 girls, and we found all what we needed there. Everything was clean. The appartment was spacious as indicated in the photos.

I was extremely happy with all aspects of my stay at Evangelos' studio/apartment in Vouliagmeni. Communication with Evangelos was very straightforward and he was always quick to respond to any queries I had. Access to the studio was easy with good, clear instruction given with respect to the location of the keys, Wi-Fi access etc. and upon arrival, the studio had just what I needed to settle in quickly with all the amenities you might expect and wish for. The studio location is perfect for swimming (the beach is literally 2 minutes away!), local walks along the coast to the shops, bars and restaurants of Voula, Kavouri and Vouliagmeni or to quick access either by car or bus to the centre of Athens or, further along the scenic, coastal road heading south towards Sounion. It goes without writing, that I will definitely return to stay at Evangelos' studio and I look forward to being back very soon. Thank you, Al (Manchester, UK)

Beautiful flat, very comfortable. If I return to Athens I will for sure repeat here. The elevator for my baby stroller and the roomy living room was a life saver for travelling with my baby.

The perfect apartment with extremely gracious hosts! The location is amazing -- within walking distance of wonderful restaurants and shops, close to the metro, next to Philopappos Hill which is a great place to take a short hike to watch the sunset, and across the street from (what I would call) the best bakery in Athens. Would absolutely stay again, had such an amazing time and felt right at home.

אני מרגיש ששבתי מגן עדן. זו דירה כל כך נעימה ומאובזרת, שלא תרצו לצאת ממנה. למעשה, היו ימים שממש התקשתי. מעוצבת לעילא, אינטימית ולא חסר בה דבר, אפילו לא מכונת כביסה ולאוהבים להתפנק אחרי יום הליכה בשכיות החמדה של אתונה - ג'קוזי! אתם יכולים להאזין לתחנות הרדיו האתונאיות המופלאות דרך הטלויזיה, או להשתמש בפונקציות החכמות שלה כדי לשדר תמונה מהטלפון החכם. אמנם השכונה קצת מדפרסת וחששתי לצאת בלילה, אבל המיקום הוא פנטסטי! ממש במרכז. אם אתם רוצים ללכת לכיכרות הראשיות זה מרחק של 10 דק' וגם אם אתה רוצים ללכת למוזיאון הלאומי לארכיאולוגיה או לטפס על הר לייקיבטוס, זה מרחק של 30 דק' הליכה, או לפרלמנט, גם מרחק של 20 דק' הליכה ולגנים המדהימים שליש, גם מרחק זהה. למעשה, הכל במרחק הליכה, עד כדי שלא הצטערתי שלא רכשתי כרטיס למטרו. ממש לא היה צורך! ביום הראשון קצת הסתבכתי עם החשמל וכריסיאה אשת הקשר והארי פתרו לי את הבעיה והיו זמינים מאוד! אני לא יכול להמליץ יותר על דירה זו, שהפכה לי את השהות באתונה לחלומית ובלתי-נשכחת. תודה הארי, תודה ליליאן. מקווה שייצא לנו להתראות שוב, בפעם הבאה שאבקר באתונה. Ευχαριστ

The location was really excellent. Delicious restaurants and bakery very close by. We loved having the park green space right outside the building and in view from the balcony. Walkable to all the major sights downtown. Very spacious bedrooms that all had lots of storage space/closets. Overall a great spot to stay!

We had a great stay! Everything was in walking distance, we were near local restaurants that were delicious! Rosanna was so sweet and gave us great information and fun things to do in Athens!

the apartment was in a great location making most attractions in Athens walkable, it was clean with most things we needed available. The hosts were all very friendly and responsive, would definitely use them again

The place was exceptionally clean, located in a very convenient and central area, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly, responsive, and made communication smooth and effortless. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic stay at Miltos’s apartment. You literally could not ask for a better place in the middle of Plaka…but totally pin drop quiet inside. The apartment is spacious and well laid out with a nice kitchen that has everything. We did cook while we were there! The only drawback is the very weak Wi-Fi which Miltos said he is addressing. And around the corner is a wonderful Hammam! It was a great experience staying in his apartment in Athens. 🙏

Right from the start Richard made everything so easy. He was really proactive with the communication and checked in on us when our flight was delayed. Upon arrival (which was late), the instructions were super easy to follow and check in was made easy. Richard left us some local wine, milk and juice to get us started for the next day. He gave us some really great recommendations and the metro was only a 5min walk. We ended up having our first dinner at my plate which was delicious and super cheap compared to the food in the tourist hotspots. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It felt like a home away from home which is what we needed with two small kids. Would definitely recommend Richard’s place as a base if you want to explore Athens! Thanks for such a great stay!

The Airbnb was lovely! Great location near the metro and within walking distance of the Acropolis. The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and spacious. The washing machine was a really nice plus since we were on a long trip in different countries. Just a note: the shower doesn’t have a high ledge, which caused water to spill throughout the bathroom floor. We tried using towels to block the water which helped, but the bathroom floor still got very wet. Additionally, every time you want to use the jacuzzi or the shower, you need to turn on the boiler and wait 30-40 minutes for the water to heat up. This was an inconvenience, especially since I prefer to shower in the morning but had to transition to the evenings for the duration of our stay, or else wake up 30 minutes earlier to wait for the boiler to heat up the water. Overall, everything was fantastic! I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a great price

If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever, thanks to Andrea’s hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth. Don’t hesitate — book now.

Location, location, location. 1/2 block from the main square. It’s very busy but you can walk to everything. View from balcony of the Acropolis is from the side but it’s still great. We walked in different directions every day. Many, many restaurants, taverns everywhere. Check out the rooftop restaurant right on the corner. You enter the elevators right near the subway. Worth the stop. If you’re up to it, walk a number of blocks away from the main tourist areas or grab the subway (right next door)to find restaurants with better bang for the buck. We took the subway out when we left, super easy to do even with luggage and straight to the airport. The host was very helpful and very responsive.

Ολα ηταν υπεροχα το σπιτι ειχε τα παντα ηταν πεντακαθαρο και μοντερνο ο οικοδεσποτης ηταν αρκετα βοηθητικος και παντα διαθεσιμος οποιαδηποτε ωρα της ημερας,οι παροχες ηταν οπως ακριβως τις περιεγραφε στην σελιδα δεν αντιμετωπισαμε κανενα προβλημα. Επισης το σπιτι βρισκεται ενα πενταλεπτο με τα ποδια απο την υπεροχη περιοχη του συνταγματος.. ευχαριστουμε για την υπεροχη εξυπηρετηση και διαμονη στο appartment σας.. ❤️ το συνιστουμε ανεπιφυλακτα σε οποιονδηποτε θελει να περασει μια υπεροχη βραδια κυριως με ζευγαρι.. Parfait. Konstantinos est très attentionné. Il est toujours joignable. Et que dire de l'appartement ? Fantastique, vue extraordinaire. 25 min à pieds de l'Acropole. Nous nous en souviendrons longtemps.

I cannot say enough good things about Yannis and Tax, miss Flora who was super helpful and this amazing airbnb. not only we were able to drop our luggage early but we were allowed to check in early and felt right at home. they have us so many great recommendations and even hooked us up with a local taxi driver to take us to the ferry after check out. we will 100% return and recommend this place to anyone! thank you guys for everything
