Vacation rentals in Nea Kallikratia Beach

Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Less then 100 steps down to the sea, private pool and garden. Awesome. We had a great time with kids and friends and enjoyed it very much. Thnak you!

We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. Dimitris was a great host, very friendly and always ready with the best local tips for restaurants and sights. We loved the neighborhood, the food, and the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. Ev sahibimize böyle güzel bir ev dekorasyonu yaptıklarından dolayı çok teşekkürler. Evin konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi. Ev temiz ve tüm imkanları bize sunuyordu. Kullanışlıydı. Çok teşekkürler. Tekrar geldiğimizde mutlaka bu evi tutacağız. Arkadaşlarıma da önermeye başladım bile.

Αψογη φιλοξενια και επικοινωνια με την οικοδεσποινα. Λεπτομερεστατες οδηγιες χρησης του σπιτιου και ολα τα παρελκομενα. Το σπιτι σε εξαιρετικη κατασταση απο ολες τις αποψεις. Πολυ ανετα κρεβατια, καναπεδες, μπανιο και απιστευτη καθαριοτητα. Οποτε παω Θεσσαλονικη δεν παιζει να παω να μεινω πουθενα αλλου εκτος απο τη Ria!

Marianna's place felt like home. Me and my family were looking through reviews, and after our stay we can guarantee it is way better in person. Marianna was always available, great communication. Staying at Marianna's felt like being home. There is a parking garage in the building. We got a card, which allowed us to go in and out of the garage when we wanted. In walking distance, right across the main street, there are tons of restaurants with great food. 100% recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

The host was very friendly and immediately responsive to everything. The room and location exceeded our expectations, a quiet, beautiful location where everything is close and you feel at home. We highly recommend it. In the room there is a book with suggestions for visiting locations, some of which we used and the locations are really great.
