One of the best places to stay at the metro when you are vacationing, studying or even just plain stacationing. The host was very accommodating on our requests and guided us thoroughly on the do's and dont's in their place. The place was very cozy. Everything that we needed was provided for us. We will definitely return.

This place is 10/10. Extremely clean Location is right across Greenbelt The building def feels very safe, securities were very vigiland who comes in and out of the building. The bed is very comfortable. The whole apartment is fully equipped. Jules is very responsive whenever help is needed. Highly recommended if you’re in Manila.

Wirklich sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Der eigenständige Check-In verlief sehr gut. Auch die Lage ist super, da gegenüber der Unterkunft sich ein Restaurant befindet, welches 24/h geöffnet hat, das ist sehr vorteilhaft wenn man spät ankommt oder morgens frühstücken möchte.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to SM North Edsa. I rented this place because I had an event to attend to at the Skydome. The best part was the host—Sir Percie was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or provide assistance, which made the entire experience stress-free. On top of that, the price was incredibly affordable for the quality of the apartment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay with excellent customer service!👍👍

Our stay was fantastic! Place is huge for a family of 5. The kids love the place so much and the amenities they offered. Jennilyn our host was superb from booking to check in. Had issues with the guest form because of my own fault, but the host was SUPER POLITE, RESPONSIVE, and HELPFUL. They really didn't stop communicating with us until the issue was resolved. THE PICTURES IN THE LISTING ARE EXACTLY THE SAME IN PERSON 💯. Super clean, smelled great, the mattress, pillows, and duvet were super comfy, I had a good night sleep. Bathroom was super clean and well-maintained. All essentials were provided. Will definitely book again! The price was super worth it. 👌💯

Very nice place!!! Best location. There are a lot of restaurants right outside of the building The only downside is the aircon in the living room. It was not too cold during our stay

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Maya’s Nest was beautifully furnished, with an urban cabin feel and the comfort of the countryside. The unit is spacious for a studio, and is perfect for staycations. It’s quite comfortable as well! The unit is in a charming compound with security guards, so it feels very safe. There are also bath bombs and bubble bath available to use in the tub! Truly relaxing and luxurious. I can’t wait to stay here again!
