Villa near sea 3 rooms, with grill, garden, pools.

In my resort near the sea - 330 meters , I have available 10 duplex apartments with 3 rooms and a terrace. I describe below: Duplex villa with 3 rooms having a generous area of over 95sqm. Ground floor: open living room and kitchen, terrace and lawn, barbeque, full dishes, bathroom with shower, big sofa bed ,tv. Floor: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, each with balcony and second bathroom. The terrace and the barbecue are private spaces only for you group. Parking is included near the villa.

A spacious room features a large bed with crisp white linens, complemented by wooden furnishings. Natural light streams through two windows adorned with sheer curtains. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, and an air-conditioning unit is visible for comfort.

Vila ANY is located in Mamaia Nord, 250 m away from the beach and 1.5 km from city center. The villa can accommodate 14 guests in 5 different rooms (2 quadruple rooms and 3 double rooms). All rooms have double beds, free toiletries, flat-screen TV, A/C, private private bathrooms, closets, minibars, safety deposit box, mosquito net, electric kettle, free coffe and tea, outdoor dining area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and a great place to relax. Pets are also allowed (at request).
