Cozy studio between sea and pond

Very well appointed cozy studio of 20m2 inside and 10m2 of closed loggia ideal during the warm season (unheated loggia but you have blankets and blankets to enjoy in winter). Recent bed and mattresses. Beautiful views of Thau pond, Fonquerne pool, Mont Saint Clair, and Marina des Quilles. Ideal for up to 2 adults and a child. It's too small for 3 adults. Located 5 minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes to the pond.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.
