Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nam Dinh

Our stay at Hang Mua Bamboo home stay was excellent. The place was Exaclty as described and fantastic value - right at the heart of a selection of great restaurants and a stones throw away from the main attractions of the area such as Tam Coc. There was free bike hire available and the host was friendly throughout our stay even letting extend our check out time as the room had not been booked after our departure. I would recommend this location for anyone from back packers to couples as a great spot to base yourself while visiting Ninh Binh. The only reason we gave a 4 star is we had pre-arranged an early check in at 4am. The host was more than happy for us to check in at this time however we were stuck outside the home stay for about 20 minutes before someone came to let us in with no ability to get through to any staff. If possible I would leave 4.5 stars as this was inconvenient but also very generous of the host to allow us to check in at this time.

I love here After my 4 nights booked, I extended 3 more nights. They are all really friendly, helpful and committed to your well-being. Breakfast is really good, the bed is comfortable and there are new towels and water daily! I accidentally entered the address of an wrong place upon arrival in Ninh Binh and after a call I was picked up by motorbike within 5 minutes, thank you!! :) The place is well managed, the pool is clean, there are bikes and motorcycles for rent, laundry service, etc. Everything you need!! Great recommendation.

This place is right in the middle of everything but a 1 min walk down a side street so it is nice and quiet. The family is so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and amazing tub also! I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone to stay.

Ninh was a great host as the guests mentioned in their reviews. She always tries to help guests with her plenty of information as a local. Her homestay also is run as a café and restaurant, so you don’t have to go far when you need food or drinks. While her homestay is located a bit away from the main tourist attractions—which was the main reason I chose it—you can consider that when planning your trip. Thanks Ninh for your great and kindly support.

Exceptional value for money. We booked two private bungalows side by side for our family of 5. It’s in a beautiful quiet corner of Tam Coc between the lake and river, but only minutes from the heart of the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the river was nice and the banana pancakes were the best we’ve had in Vietnam. Overall this is a brilliant value offering, thank you for the hospitality

Nice place, clean, WiFi wasn’t the best at night

THE BEST AIRBNB we've been able to book of our entire trip to Asia. We are a group of 4 friends and we stayed in the Homestay for 5-6 nights. Flexible check-in! We took a night bus and arrived at 5am at the Homestay, the host greeted us with a big smile and helped us pack our bags. The accommodation also offers a free à la carte breakfast… a happiness every time you wake up. The host also provides bikes for free to wander around the surroundings, which is also beautiful. Finally, the host took the time to introduce us to Ninh Bình's activities… Unfortunately the city was hit by Typhoon Yagi in the last days of our stay… As we were on the top floor of the Homestay, the noise could be disturbing, but the host and his family immediately offered us the rooms on the floors below. Just perfect stay thanks to the host and his family.

Jennifer and her husband went above and beyond for me helping me when I was injured and giving me a ride to the hospital and staying with me. I can’t thank them enough for their genuine good heartedness. They have a lovely home with the best breakfast and beautiful property. I will always remember Ninh Bình as a place of genuine caring people ❤️❤️
