Logement très propre et accueillant. Le matelas était vraiment très confortable, les oreillers aussi, bien qu'un peu gros. Le logement est bien situé. Je recommande.

Nous somme une famille de 5 personnes dont 3 enfants et avons séjourné 5 jours à Kyoto. le logement est très spacieux et confortable. Si nous devions revenir à Kyoto je reprendrais ce prestataire. un grand merci.

The cleanest apartment you could think of, great position, walking distance to anything and great restaurant right next door! Will definitely try to book again if back in Kyoto.

This place was walkable from the Kanazawa station and this makes all the day trips from Kanazawa both by bus or train very accessible. There was a mart nearby which kindoff fulfills all our daily requirements. A very peaceful locality and Hiko was very responsive and friendly. Felt right at home .

A 15 minutos andando de una estación que en dos paradas te deja el centro de Kioto. Yo volvería a este apartamento. !

A bit far from jr station ( 1 km ) but very near with bus station place very clean and comfy

This is such a perfect and cool place in Kyoto for a family of four. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. The windows have amazing views of the city and make for great people watching. The beds and futons are comfy. The 2 bathrooms are so convenient. The dryer dries well which is rare in Japan. The host responds quickly. We also enjoyed the Starbucks right downstairs and the hip rooftop bar above. Things to consider: It’s one big open space so you won’t get much privacy. And there’s only one large sink by the kitchen for both bathroom and kitchen use, which may be a bit awkward. But those were no problems for us. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Kyoto.

立地もとてもいいところにあり、お寺や神社を回るにはとても良かったです。 近くに水族館があったので急遽１８時３０から行くことになりました。 部屋も広くてとても綺麗で使いやすかったです。 また、近くに伺った時は活用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

由笹島演奏廳站步行約9分鐘，公寓有電梯，對大型行李的旅人很方便，房間佈置的很溫馨舒適，下次有機會會再入住！

I had an experience of a lifetime while staying in this property and knowing Izumi. Well property is outstanding, one of the best location to stay. I won’t talk much about property because it’s awesome as mentioned by all the other people. I will talk about Izumi. He is a great human being with such a lovely vibes. So my wife left her watch (engagement gift) while we left for Osaka. I informed Izumi about it and , immediately he informed me that he has got the watch. He took all the efforts to courier my watch 2 days before I have to leave for India. He made sure i receive the watch timely. Lots of love from India. And yes, he also came to pick us up drop us on our last day. If you are in Kyoto. Take this property enjoy the stay. Also please try butter chicken rice served in rumi cafe run by Izumi. Best thing to taste in Japan!

The condo is in a great location close to restaurants, stations and shops (and a large Don Quijote 😀), with a spectacular view, that's even better in person! The interior was also a highlight with a lot of unique details in the furniture and design added to the enjoyment of our stay. The hosts were proactive and responsive to any queries and would definitely recommend to others!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to multiple train stations, which made getting around so easy. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. 간사이공항,교토,고베,나라 로 이동하기에 비교적 편리한 위치이고 지하철역이 바로옆이라 교통편 좋았습니다. 오사카성이 가까워 러닝하기 좋았음. 근처에 돈키호테도 있고 큰마트도 있어서 장보기도 좋은위치. 4일동안 머물기 좋은 숙소였습니다.

チェックインはとても簡単で分かりやすかった。場所も栄の近くで夜遊びに行くにはとても便利でした。
