Super moderne Wohnung und top Service!

Tolle Wohnung in Nador! Alles wie beschrieben – sauber, gut ausgestattet und für die örtlichen Verhältnisse top. Zwei Schlafzimmer: eines mit Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Großes Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couch und Fernseher (Netflix mit eigenem Account nutzbar). Das Badezimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, inkl. Duschgel, Zahnpasta und Föhn. Super Lage: Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen großen Markt, wo man alles bekommt. Das Meer ist keine 100 m entfernt, zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zwei Balkone bieten einen schönen Blick auf die Straße und seitlich aufs Meer. Ein großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden, aber oft voll. Soufian war ein großartiger Gastgeber – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und antwortet extrem schnell. Gerade für uns als Erstbesucher in Marokko war das sehr wertvoll. Einziger Nachteil: Die Straße ist recht laut, und die Pfannen könnten mal erneuert werden. Trotzdem eine tolle Unterkunft und absolut empfehlenswert!

Mon séjour dans cet appartement a été tout simplement parfait ! L'appartement est non seulement beau, mais aussi très bien équipé, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très confortable. L'hôte a été extrêmement communicatif et accueillant, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience agréable et sans souci. My stay at Achraf’s apartment was fantastic! Achraf was very responsive, greeted us to hand over the keys, and explained everything about check-in, check-out, and the apartment. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and just a short walk from the beach. The rooftop offers a stunning sea view, making mornings and evenings extra special. The apartment exceeded my expectations. The pictures on Airbnb don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful in real life. It was spotless, with all essentials provided: plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, pillows, and covers. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, and everything needed for cooking. There was also a washing machine, drying rack, and iron for convenience. The TV had Netflix, Shahid, and other subscriptions, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was warm and cozy even in winter. Overall, Achraf’s hospitality and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!

Imad fue una persona muy amable, nos recibió muy alegre y con iniciativa nos enseñó toda la casa tenía clima en toda la casa muy buen apartamento con buena higiene todo limpio y ordenado por cierto cerca de la casa, se pueden alquilar quads y hay minisuper debajo de casa nos gustó mucho. Cafeterías cerca de casa y restaurantes muy buena ubicación

L'appartement est magnifique, mais la vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle. Se réveiller chaque matin avec l'horizon bleu à perte de vue, c'est un luxe inestimable. L'intérieur est décoré avec goût, tout est propre et bien entretenu. Que ce soit pour un moment de détente ou pour explorer la région, cet appartement est un bon endroit . Je reviendrai sans hésiter :)

Lovely stay and lovely landlord

J'ai passé un séjour parfait. L'emplacement était paisible. L'appartement était impeccable, joliment décoré et doté de toutes les commodités dont j'avais besoin. L'hôte était accueillant et disponible.

De woning bevindt zich in een hele mooie locatie en is goed verzorgd. De woning is erg ruim en Myriam staat altijd klaar om je te helpen. Al met al zeker een aanrader!

L’appartement se situe à proximité (environ 5 min à pied) d’une plage familiale. La dame Amal qui nous a accueillie était très réactive et l’appartement est très propre. Pensez simplement à préciser quel étage vous préférez, il y a possibilité d’être au rez-de-chaussée.

Nouraddine is an Awesome Host ,very respectful, helpful and welcoming. He was there every time needed and gave us recommendations to visit great beaches and spot to view city by night. He suggested for us locals restaurants with great delicious foods. The apartment was new well equipped and clean with furnitures, cosy and classy at the same. We had a very great stay and enjoyed it. Don’t hesitate to book if you’re looking for a calm,clean and beautiful place to stay with great services with a great Host.

Pour le 5/5 que je donne Il faut bien prendre en compte le rapport qualité prix qui est top et notre besoin d'avoir les motos en sécurité (3 motards). C'est un logement modeste, pas de luxe, mais pratique. une première pièce salon avec des canapés puis cuisine équipée et deux chambres dont une avec une grand lit et l'autre avec deux petit lit + un lit bébé. une salle de bain avec un toilette. Le propriétaire nous donne un point gps pour trouver le logement et arrivé sur place le gardien est là à toute heure de la nuit. il était tellement gentil. l'appartement est conforme à la description. Tres bien pour y dormir. Pour améliorer une petite chose : peut-être prévoir une petite bouteille d'eau par personne. Selouane est à 10-15 min de Nador, donc génial quand on sort du ferry. je recommande si tu as besoin d'un endroit pour dormir au propre, en sécurité et proche de Nador. Bonne continuation!
