It's what has been advertised. spacious and fully furnished. let's start the review. Outside premises is modern and well Guarded, jas CCTVs and motion detected as well. Has Enough parking space for all the 6 tenants/clientele all at the same time. Host was kind enough to allow me to park my Motorcycle inside the compound. Compound grounds are well kept. and well lighted as well. Inside the room. Love the well cushioned sofa. very comfortable, whilst watching Netflix. and the bed has the right bounce to it. not to Firm nor soft. slept like a baby. Has a Full Pledge Fridge and a deck out kitchenette. though the can opener needs to be change. but wasn't a hassle at all. was able to use a knife to open the can. the Loo was fine. and I think there on the case of renovating the place. it was the Loo that was left behind but again, everything was working as they should. Just had a snag earlier with the Host about check-in time, wasn't his fault. Just wasn't able to come early 4/5

Andy's bnb is value for money. It's homey, clean, and with everything you might need in the kitchen and living area. We enjoyed the huge TV with netflix, and the quiet surrounding within a private subdivision was a big plus as it was great for our morning walk and jog!

“Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended!” I had a fantastic stay at Rustic Suite. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay and I truly felt at home. The host, Ma’am Mymy, was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience.

The place is exactly what you see in the photos. It’s very clean and the place is very peaceful and quiet since it’s not exactly beside the road. It may be hard to spot sometimes specially at night since the alley is quite small but there is a landmark provided by the host. Ms Eve is a great host, she quickly replies whenever we ask something and very friendly as well

The place is one of the very few nice listings in Naga. Well worth the money. The host is very responsive and I cannot highlight enough how important it is for this type of rentals. We had a minor incident and I was impressed on how the host and his sister managed the situation. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this will be our go to place in the future. It’s a home away from home. Mayon Volcano is seen at the balcony. The home is decorated as listed. Sharon lives next door so, it’s very convenient to asked for assistance if needed. I do recommend her home. I love that there is a garage too for our van. She recommended places to see and eat. Her house is very near to Sumlang Lake and Cagsawa Ruins. Thank you Sharon for accommodating my family.
