All rooms have a private kitchen, fridge, washing machine, bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilet, so you can enjoy a hotel stay like living there. Full amenities are provided, so you can rest assured even if you come empty-handed! (Towel change and garbage collection are also available daily upon request) Spacious family room perfect for families and friends. The room is a cute retro pop space with handmade wooden furniture and antique-like decorations. There are also many 24-hour supermarkets, making it convenient for shopping! There is no microwave or toaster in the room, but there is a shared one on the 2nd floor, so feel free to use it. We also have a rice cooker and iron available for free, so please let us know. Before 2022, we rented this airbnb as shared-house. so some of the reviews in the past before 2022 may not be accurate anymore. we can hold the luggage from 9am on the check-in date, also we can hold the luggage until 7pm on the check-out date. We  pick-up  at Aoto Station for check-in ( 1 pick-up for 1 reservation.) ※There may be construction noise in the next house during day time 8:30am-5pm in 2025.

SUMIRE AOI HOUSE - Minimal Japanese House

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

We are fully licensed and registered in the city of Tokyo as accommodation facilities. We are welcome any Tattoo people for onsen There is a hot spring from the 1600s. Tattoo is OK!! The apartment is on the east side of Tokyo since 1969. It is Japanese Quiet residential area a little old apartment. 6min to subway station from Apartment. Shinjuku, Shibuya, Roppongi is about 50 minutes by subway. Make sure to confirm the location of the apartment and make a reservation.
