Clean and surrounded by many restaurants

Stayed over a month here and was very happy! All the staff are friendly and communication was excellent. The rooms are very clean like the pictures, not one bug seen, as they do pest control maybe 1-2 times a month. The wifi is fast. There is a large pool and small exercise area. Many tourist sites and beach a short grab ride away. They sell 20L water for a low price. I have stayed in their other affiliated apartments such as Hsuites and they are always perfect. Overall highly recommend.

가족단위로 2 개 레지던스룸을 잡아서 숙박 햇습니다 우선 호스트가 굉장히 빠르게 소통이 됩니다 . 룸 컨디션과 모든것들이 설명해준대로 이며 숙소까지 가는 택시도 부탁 드려 배정 하였는데 기사님과 소통도 완벽 하였습니다 어린 아이들이 있어 교통편 숙박 모두 걱정 하였는데 Huyen 의 친절한 안내도 아주 행복한 가족 여행이 되었습니다 . 제가 다녀온후에도 저희 다른 가족들도 4 월 11일 부터 16 일 까지 예약을 제가 해줫네요 . 적극 추천 합니다 . Although it is an apartment, the space is massive and spacious. The bathtub is a bonus. Definitely one of the best airbnbs that we have stayed in. The host was very responsive. We had an issue with the clothes drying rack being blown by the wind, blocking the door to the balcony. She came with help to fix the issue straight away. We offered to pay but she handled it without any fees. We will definitely stay again in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our 3night stay in Da Nang.

Amazing apartment in a beautiful location. Nearby lots of coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. Quiet neighbourhood and very kind and helpful staff. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Danang, very beautiful place. Thank you Hana and staff 🙏😊

Great hosting kaly is a very friendly person , and the room also has a great view of sea and is walkable distance for beach too.

great staff and overall nice please. had a few issues at the beginning of my stay but the staff were quick to address them and help. location is walking distance to gem cafes like the lighthouse and close enough to the beach

This is a great place to stay right next to the beach. Great location surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and pharmacy. Rooms were near and clean and all the amenities were listed correctly. Very easy to access. Host Tau was extremely kind, sweet, responsive and proactive. She provided us clear instructions and attended to all our needs immediately. Highly recommended ❤️

Amazing place to stay! Right by the beach and convenient. Great Mountain View from my room as in the pictures :) Host offered to clean the room every 2 days, really good service too. Easy check in with a staff helping out.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Apartment. Dieses gehört zu einem ziemlich großen Resort am Rande von Da Nang. Das Meer liegt ca. 200 Meter entfernt und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon auf die Anlage und das Meer. Nachdem trubelingen Wohnungen die wir vorher im Da Nang und Hanoi hatte diese eine wohltuende ruhigere Lage. Alles picobello sauber, super ausgestattet und sehr bequeme Betten! Auch vielen Dank an den Verwaltungsservice für den unkomplizierten Austausch.

Had a really great stay! The place is super beautiful and luxury with beach just at 10m, good evening cafes for restaurants and evening seating nearby. The place is located is just 1hr away from Bana hill & Hoi na ( 1hr aporx) The house was just like the listing described. The neighborhood has a nice, local vibe, and it’s easy to get around. Also, the host & reception staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Motorbikes are also easily available at the location.

We have been traveling the world for almost 3 years. We've stayed in many Airbnbs. This property is definitely one of our favorites. Clean and modern, with a host that responded in minutes to any questions we had. The 2 gentlemen in the lobby were very kind and helpful. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, and there's many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It was quiet at night and the bed is very comfortable. The included weekly cleaning was great. After staying there for 5 weeks, we extended for another month. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 3 people that stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. It was accurate to photos, spacious, great wifi, and convenient in-unit laundry. Beds are firm for western standards. The view of the mountains from the rooms are lovely. The pool on the roof had an incredible view and we loved watching the sunset from there! There is a motorbike parking lot with security at the bottom of the building. There’s a strong fish smell on the street at night; if you leave the laundry closet open for a while, the apartment will smell a bit. You’ll need a grab to reach any tourist areas—we didn’t find much to do in the immediate area. For some reason some Grab drivers get confused finding the apartment for rides and food delivery. None of this is the host’s fault, of course. The bigger bathroom could use a deep clean as there is some mold and grime between tiles and around the window. With all this being said, we had a nice stay and I would recommend it.

Thank you so much for your hospitality. Everything was amazing at Ruby’s place. Mung is always there to help you and I felt right at home. The place was quite clean even though I felt like it could have been a little cleaner but apart from that Eve Rey thing was perfect.

Great location. Theirs a WinMart next door, and the Bach Cafe is the beat for coffee. Get a punch card! Tuan is super responsive and very nice. Great place for a couple that both need workspaces.

편안하게 즐겼습니다! 체크인 과정도 에밀리의 꼼꼼한 안내 덕분에 편하게 마칠 수 있었고, 리조트내 부대시설 이용하는데도 어려움 없었습니다 그리고 보장되어 있는 높은 층수! 7층에서 내려다보는 전경이 정말 멋지고 훌륭합니다 여행동안 그랩 많이 이용했는데 접근성이 용이해서 불편함 전혀 없었습니다 부모님과 휴식하는데에 더할나위 없이 훌륭한 곳이고 다음 여행에도 또 방문할 것 같아요 :)

very quick communication and resspone, easy self check-in, room in cbd and there are many convenience stores below. Room is clean and free use of pool and gym just need to register. highly recommend

Lovely stay. The house was beautiful, so clean and cosy. The bed was perfect, we had great sleep in it every single night. The hosts are really sweet and kept checking on us, very responsive as well. The cleaning happened everyday and we had a very very nice stay overall. Would love to come back.

Sensational apartment in a lovely building that is close to everything you need. The hosts were wonderful and responsive and even when the washing machine broke down - it was fixed and usable within two hours. Amazing service, wonderful long stay for me here - highly recommend recommended.

Such an awesome team! Very quick and easy communication. The appartment was absolutely perfect and they were super helpful in collecting us from thr airport to hiring scooters and any other questions we had. 100% would reccomend to anyone I know coming to stay in Da Nang
