In Bohuslän, in lush agricultural countryside, is this farm where you can rent part of a converted barn. You will find peace and enjoy nature. Large garden for socializing, eating, barbecuing outside or in the barbecue hut. When you step in through the door, it is a full 4 meters ceiling height. It is 3 km to the beach at Kärnsjön and 15 km to the sea. Kynnefjäll about 10 km with many nice hiking trails. The forest is all around for lovely walks, blueberries and mushrooms. To the popular swimming area Saltkällan, it is only 5 km and to all the gems of the coast such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo , Fjällbacka and Grebbestad, it is 4 km , perfect as a starting point for many nice excursions. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center that you can reach in 10 minutes by car.

The decor is typical eight main renovation with a lot of pine, but everything you need for some quiet vacation days is available. This home is great for those who want to take it easy and have a different priority than luxurious comfort. The days may be spent in the forest and nature, or with the canoe that is available in the lake. Once at home, maybe light the wood stove and let the tanks of the day's events hike.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a livingroom. Family rooms both upstairs and downstairs. Welcome to a former schoolhouse on the Bohuslän and Dalsland border. The house that was built in 1934 was a schoolhouse for just over 30 years and today it is a spacious holiday house for up to 6 people. The old school valley is today a magnificent living room with a fantastic space and lovely windows. Welcome to an amazing and unique home!
