Beachfront vacation rentals in Mullet Bay Beach

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back! Virginie thought of everything international travelers might need for a beach getaway from the beach chairs, table, and cooler to helpful directions and welcome notes. You can’t beat the convenience to the beach and the pool was an added bonus when the beach got too crowded on big cruise ship afternoons. Highly recommend booking!

Très beau séjour dans le logement de Jérôme. Hébergement propre et très agréable avec la piscine. Un des plus beaux endroits où loger sur l’île : sécuritaire, bons petits restaurants à proximité et petite épicerie conviviale. Jerome a répondu très rapidement à nos interrogations. Une mention spéciale à Harold qui nous a très bien accueilli sur place et qui a été aidant tout au long de notre séjour.

Le logement était impeccable, propre, joli, fonctionnel, bien placé. La petit terrasse extérieur est super, facile d’accès vers la plage, la piscine et le chemin au bord de l’étang pour se promener. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!

Our stay at Tibo’s place was nothing short of sensational. The location is prime, right in the heart of Grand Case with a beautiful beach mere steps out your front door and countless bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The location boasts a private onsite parking space which is worth its weight in gold, given that parking can be scarce in the neighborhood. The apartment was a perfect launching spot for exploring different beaches and areas of the island. We met friends in Philipsburg one evening, and even that is only a 30 minute drive. Tibo was responsive, professional, and friendly. He accommodated an early check in and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this spot for any and all travelers.

My wife and I stayed 10 days at this spacious beachfront townhouse. Olivier and Celine made the check-in process easy and perfect, and they were immediately available whenever we had a question. We truly enjoyed being so close to the beach and to all the wonderful restaurants in the village. It was a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to returning!

Wat een heerlijke plek op Sint Maarten! Heel fijn ontvangen door Sylvia, zij staat altijd voor je klaar en je kan met al je vragen bij haar terecht! Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement is fantastisch, zowel overdag als in de avond. Twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken met waterkraan met filter! De plek is gezellig druk, namelijk vlakbij de luchthaven en daar door ook heel centraal. Je kan lopen naar Maho Beach en iets verder ook naar Mullet Beach. Er zijn diverse leuke restaurants. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij: Tortuga. En wat een luxe om via de trap naast het appartement zo het strand op te lopen naar D's Beach Bar. Waar je heerlijk op een strandbedje kan liggen en kan genieten van diverse cocktails en lekker eten. Het appartement is ruim, heel schoon en gezellig. En geen muggen !! Pictures of this place don’t do justice of the setting. Along the apartment is a semi private terrace that has a direct view on the ocean, full of sun all day along made a perfect spot for both morning coffee and late night drink. A plus : beds were really comfortable!

Jayne provided exceptional hospitality, exceeding our expectations. The accommodations were pleasing and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and convenient stay. The location was within walking distance of the beach and had many restaurants nearby. Jayne’s prompt and efficient response to our inquiries was truly remarkable. She effectively addressed any challenges we encountered, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. On our initial night, an air conditioning malfunction occurred. Despite the inconvenience, Jayne promptly offered alternative solutions and promptly refunded our first night’s stay. She arranged for the necessary repairs to be completed the following day. Jayne’s exceptional hospitality extended beyond her professional responsibilities. She even left us a bottle of wine! Her genuine care and concern for her guests make her an outstanding host. I highly recommend staying with Jayne, as she offers an exceptional guest experience.

Villa Flamingo was absolutely perfect! Even better than the photos. It was roomy, clean, extremely well appointed and Christine was a dream to communicate with. Alexandre was also very helpful and stopped in upon our arrival to make sure everything was okay. Everything we needed for our stay was there, including items we didn't expect, such as beach accessories and snorkels! The kitchen had all the equipment needed and some helpful basics such as salt/pepper/oil/coffee. The location is perfect since we had a view of the ocean, which was a two minute walk, and the Orient Bay courtyard with its restaurants and shops meant we never needed to use our car! It was nice to have real people nearby as we had quick answers to real-time questions. We will definitely be back and can't imagine staying anywhere but in their properties.

My family and I travel often, and this place truly exceeded all our expectations. The accommodations were absolutely perfect for our family of four, and the views were simply breathtaking. What really set this experience apart was the host’s incredible attentiveness and support throughout our stay—it made all the difference. My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

Rose est une hôte formidable, réactive, et toujours a l écoute , l appartement est juste magnifique avec une super belle vue , longtemps plus beau en vrai que sur les photos ,super bien placé si vous allez des deux côtés de l'île ,commerce a proximité a pied , ça été un plaisir immense de séjourner et j'y retournerai encore et encore

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

This spot was the absolute best! We loved the peacefulness, serenity, and beautiful views. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The best part was the ability to kayak over to Pinel Island. We traveled with our kids who also enjoyed the activity before enjoying the beach at Pinel. We rented a car and drove to dinner a few nights during our stay over to Orient Bay. We were very close to the Anse Marcel Marina where we did a boat trip. The house was close by to a grocery store and the kitchen and grill made it easy to enjoy a few meals at home. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly whenever we had questions. They provided many recommendations with various vendors or amenities. It was truly an amazing vacation and would recommend this place to others!

Mia Beach Villa was a fantastic place to retreat and unwind for 8 days. The house was bigger and more spacious than the pictures conveyed. The three bedrooms are huge and spread out, and the kitchen/dining area has soaring ceilings that make it feel very open, even though the only windows are in the front and back. The real star is the long terrace and the steps down to the beach; that's why we booked this - we want to be right on the water. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet, but, it is worth noting, not very walkable or swimmable. That was a mild disappointment. One thing worth noting - while the area of Pelican Key is very developed, the road in and out is atrocious. Get a SUV or something with higher clearance or you'll stress your car bottoming out multiple times on each trip in or out. You can walk to the restaurants at the Simpson Bay Resort. Finally - though we needed little during our stay, Alexandra and Muriel were proactive, responsive and helpful at all times.

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

Melinda’s ocean front house is just as lovely as the pictures! The location is fantastic, and lots of exceptional restaurants are just a brief trek down the gorgeous beach. The house is generously appointed and had everything we needed. Getting in and out of the parking spots can be entertaining, but it became easier each time and we learned that drivers on the road would generally stop to allow us to back out safely. That being said, having a parking spot is a huge plus in Grand Case. We loved the orientation of the house because we could always find shade on our terrace, or choose full sun if we wanted it. The views are just wonderful to wake up to. Most of our interactions were with Melinda’s husband Ian, who was kind enough to meet us at check-in and to tour us through the house and explain various things to know. He was punctual, friendly, and a good communicator. In summary - A fantastic week! 5 stars all the way! We hope to return!!

My husband and I just returned from a two month stay in Unit 4. It is a studio however it is very large and very well equipped with everything needed to have a most enjoyable time on Simpson Bay. We chose not to rent a vehicle because grocery stores, restaurants and other entrainment are all within easy walking distance plus the beach is just steps away. The roof top area has lounge chairs and a table - a lovely spot to have some quiet time as you admire views of the bay or the open ocean. The laundry room is an added bonus and it’s there that you will find beach chairs and umbrellas. Installing a generator would be an added benefit, especially when the winds are calm however solar powered fans with electronic ports are available to keep the units comfortable and your phone charged during a power outage. We recommend the Pearl by the Beach to everyone looking for an economical and centrally located place to vacation on St. Maarten.

We had a great week! The place is spacious and allowed everyone to have their own space and bathroom. Chris was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions and gave suggestions! We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the open-air concept of the house to the stunning views off the back deck. You will not be disappointed with renting this villa. The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!
