Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung, 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum Wasserburg entfernt. Parkmöglichkeit direkt in der Einfahrt. Es gibt ein super Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Dazu gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit eine schönen Terrasse. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft persönlich nett begrüßt. Die Kommunikation mit Anne war völlig easy. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sauber und aufgeräumt. Es hat eigentlich nichts gefehlt

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft als auch von den Gastgebern. Schöne Lage, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat in der Wohnung alles was man braucht und noch mehr! Sandra und Florian sind sehr sehr freundlich. Es war ein sehr toller Erholungsurlaub. Danke dafür!

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt, Wohnung hat einen perfekten Platz mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sofia eine super freundliche Gastgeberin, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke nochmals 😊

Christian was very friendly. He greeted us when we arrived and spent time showing us the suite, and checked in with us when we left as well. Good communication and very accommodating. The suite was cozy, felt like home, and very spacious with everything you need. The location is peaceful and the view of Salzburg from the balcony is picturesque!

Nous avons réservé une nuit chez Lubica . Tout a été parfait. Lubica est une hôte très accueillante et qui veille à tout dans les moindres détails pour notre bien-être. La communication s'est bien déroulée, Lubica est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. Le logement est très propre. Tout est conforme à la description de l'annonce, très bien pour une personne ou un couple. C'est une adresse que nous retenons si un jour nous avons le plaisir de revenir à Grödig . Ich war mit der Familie 4 Tage dort und würde sie jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen. In der Unterkunft gibt es mehrere Apartments die alle ihren eigenen privaten Außenbereich/Garten haben in dem man entspannen kann. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Mühe so schön hergerichtet und dekoriert, dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wenn es abends dunkel wird und die lichter im Garten und ums Haus angehen wird es nochmal schöner. Für Kinder wird hier so viel geboten, das sie am liebsten dort bleiben wollten. Und selbst unsere ältere Hundedame stand am Tag der Abreise in der Tür und wollte nicht mehr heim fahren.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Andrea sehr genossen. Sie ist eine fantastische, herzliche Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und stilvoll zugleich, es fehlt an nichts für wundervolle Tage. Der Blick auf die Berge ist ein Schmankerl, Ausflugsziele sind vielseitig. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder!! Danke fürs Willkommen heißen.

WOW! Als wir während des Buchens die Fotos der Unterkunft sahen, fragten wir uns, ob die Realität uns ernüchternd einholen könnte. Aber das Gegenteil trat ein: Vor Ort ist es noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Man checkt unkompliziert in eine Wohlfühloase ein. Ein warmes Gefühl von zu Hause mit gleichzeitigem cleanen Charakter, eine perfekte Mischung. Für mich persönlich war es ein erster Urlaub, der einen wahren Entspannungsrahmen haben sollte und einen großen Erfolgsanteil hatte das tolle Casa. Kamin per Knopfdruck eingestellt, gemütliche Stunden auf der Fensterbank mit dem Blick in die Ferne und auf die Seilbahn, anschließend ein Saunagang mit Bergpanorama und vor dem Schlafengehen - übrigens in einem tollen Bett - ein Swirlpoolaufenthalt. Was will man (oder auch Frau) mehr? Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Auch unser Hund hat sich „bully“wohl gefühlt und genoss die ausgedehnten Spaziergänge, die sich rund um die Chalets anbieten. Toll!!!

Our family of five loved our stay in Carolin Anne’s beautiful home in Hallstatt! The views from the house are fantastic, even better than the pictures. We found the house to be exactly as described and very comfortable. We had a rental car and found the walk from the suggested parking lot to be easy. Carolin Anne was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We recently stayed 5 nights at the Hideaway in the Heart of Landshut. The house was truly wonderful! We went with 5 people spanning 3 generations and the setup was perfect. The ground floor and 1st floor are almost like separate apartments so worked great to have Grandparents on the bottom floor, parents on the first floor (second floor for you Americans) and the kids in the top attic floor. The proximity to the old city of Landshut was amazing! 1 minute walk to the Cathedral of St. Martin’s. Restaurants close everywhere and shopping as well. The Amenities were also terrific. The Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and appliances to satisfy everyone including washer/dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. In addition parking is included in a nearby garage. My family and I highly recommend this destination and will be coming back again soon.

The house was very good. The views were amazing. It was clean and spacious. Everything you would need for a stay in Salzburg area. Train station close by, along with buses into the city. Roman communicated with us quickly and sorted out the Guest Mobility Transport pass for us all. He met us on arrival and showed us around and pointed out places to visit and local amenities. Would highly recommend.

Wir waren als Großfamilie mit 3 Generationen unterwegs. Ich musste zwei Dinge im Vorhinein abklären wegen Reisen mit Kleinkind und habe sofort eine Antwort und ein hilfreiches Entgegenkommen bekommen. Dann sind wir angekommen und haben uns ALLE sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen und wirklich praxisnah und gemütlich. Kommunikation 1a. Man ist sofort an der Isar und kann bis in die Innenstadt am Wasser entlang gehen. Der Garten ist ein echter Wohlfühlgarten. Die Ausstattung zum Zeitvertreib für alle 3 Generationen phänomenal - von Bilderbuch über Playstation zu ganz traditioneller Straßenkreide, Grill und Federballspiel und vieles mehr. Ich freue mich beim nächsten Familientreffen in Landshut wieder hier unterschlüpfen zu können. Vielen Dank!!!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home. The house is fantastic for a family and Roxana is an incredible host. she had arranged our public transport tickets that allowed us to catch the bus from the end of the street into Salzburg. She also surprised our 10 year old with balloons and decorations upon arrival for his 10th birthday. We loved our stay at Roxana's house, it was amazing.

Perfect location for our stay in Salzburg. Great house, nice and clean. Ray was very helpful with recommendations. Easy to get around on public transport from the house. We had a great time in Salzburg!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit Familie und Freunden. Wir waren glücklich endlich mal eine wunderschöne Unterkunft gefunden zu haben, in der es auch noch ein Familienbett gibt, und dann auch noch so gemütlich. Das Haus ist wundervoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wie Zuhause. Sehr sauber und neu und alles da was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht, sowohl in der Küche, als auch sonst. Unsere Tochter hat die Kuscheldecke inklusive Toner Box geliebt.

We had a 5 night stay in this wonderful apartment - it has to be one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. It is huge, very well appointed and perfectly positioned just outside the old town. Peter & Evelyn were perfect hosts, they have made this property feel like a home. The amenities provided in both the kitchen and the bathroom were unexpected and very much appreciated. The best feature of this apartment though is the shower! We absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Salzburg.

When I booked I knew very little about Munich. But this apartment looked comfortable and maybe near where I wanted to be. I was really happy to find the location was walkable to lots of places - English Garden, high end shops and affordable ones, and I really liked walking along the Isar River after dinner. There are tram stops and subway stations nearby so I only used cab/Uber once in 4 days. The apartment is just as listed. It was clean and comfortable. I had a question before my visit, and one while I was there, and Peter got back to me right away. I would easily stay there again.

Alles wie beschrieben, Stephanie hat sehr schnell geantwortet und die Wohnung hat einen persönlichen Touch. Die Lage ist natürlich super. Check-in läuft persönlich und man bekommt nicht einfach nur einen keycode übermittelt, was wir schön finden. Für unser Kind wurde auch alles bereitgestellt. Dazu gab es ausreichend Handtücher und eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Müsli und Milch.

Mr Andreas is a gem of host and great person by heart, always guided us from where to visit, how to reach faster the popular places near obertraun like Hallstatt with all the detailed information regarding local transport. We will for sure again visit his AirBnb whenever we come to Austria. And oh my god! What AirBnb he had! It’s heaven . We regret not staying for longer period of time here😞

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! Astrid and Bernd thank you for hosting us!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war auch sehr einfach zu finden. Die Altstadt konnten wir bequem zu Fuß erreichen und es gab auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und in der direkten Umgebung. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Im Garten konnte man gemütlich sitzen und entspannen. Preis- Leistungstechnisch war ebenfalls alles super und wir sprechen eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung aus und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
