Villa vacation rentals in Mueang Phuket District

We stayed 17 nights in the villa, from check-in to checkout everything was great. It was cleaned twice a week and the towels were changed. The pool was cleaned and the garden was kept clean. We felt very comfortable and were very satisfied.

We loved the beautiful views and spacious layout. The water, fruit and breakfast items provided were a nice touch. While the space had a bit of wear and tear it did not detract from a beautiful stay. Note that the electricity fees must be paid in cash. I recommend a stop to the ATM before checkout. Great stay!

I wish we would have had more time. We stayed way too short in this fantastic villa. Its has everything you can wish for and then some… Almost on the beach, many restaurants in walking distance, quiet corner of the village. Perfect sea views from the balconies, two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens. Master bedroom on the third floor is a dream come true with sunrise visible from your bed. All facilities spotlessly clean! We HAVE to come back… and we will!!

Beautiful home with all you need. Amazing sunsets and lot of space. Easy to communicate with host (Pia). Rogers was super nice and helpful.

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

May was super kind with us and very welcoming. The Villa includes everything you need, laundry, huge bedroom and a nice pool. Thanks again for having us !

Panjai's place was beautiful. The beach was 5 minutes away by scooter. Everything was great, always happy to stay again.

Our time at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The house and location were beautiful and it was a perfect space for our family vacation. We had 7 people spanning three generations as well as other family that came over to visit (after checking with Laurence of course) and never felt crowded. It was so much better than getting multiple hotel rooms and then trying to find shared space amongst the crowds of tourists and vacationers you find at hotels and resorts. Laurence also helped us book a chef who came in and cooked a delicious dinner for 13 people. The staff were wonderful and caring and treated us like family while we were there. We were honestly sad to say goodbye! It is also well located and is easy to get into downtown Patong or over to Karen Beach or Phuket etc. Takes a little walking or grabbing a car for further places, but the privacy, beautiful pool, rooms and space are well worth it. We hope to come back sometime again not too far in the future! Wonderful place!

We had an incredible stay at John’s villa. He was exceptionally helpful in managing our requests for additional transfers, super efficient with any information we needed or any facilitation on things within the villa. His check in and checkout process was exceptionally thorough and we had some great conversations with him as well! It’s a beautiful villa tucked away with lush green views all around and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. It has the perfect blend of privacy as well as stuff to do around the area and a definite win for big groups. Loved our stay!

Best villa in Phuket. Good view

Beautiful house with a gorgeous swimming pool. Suzie gave a 10 star service, being extremely helpful, hospitable and communicative. They even cooked us a homemade dinner (upon request). Which was delicious! They made Tom yum soup, pad Thai, other delicious meals and mango sticky rice for desert. Truly a perfect stay!

Fantastic location!! Everything was just like the photos and description. My family and I really enjoyed the privacy. The staff is incredible!!! They really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as smooth as the sand at the beach!!

We recently stayed at Jurgita’s place in Phuket, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The home was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our whole family. Although it’s a little bit away from the main Patong Beach area, we actually appreciated the peacefulness and quiet of the neighborhood. It felt like a serene escape while still being close enough to explore everything Phuket has to offer. Jurgita and her team were incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place with great hosts, I highly recommend staying here!

Everything was very pleasant. The villa is beautiful, definitely worth the money. The only thing it seemed was that more frequent cleaning would be helpful. I had to periodically remind you that it was time to come to clean. Otherwise a chic experience

This accommodation is top tier, one of the best villas I have stayed at in Phuket the location is perfect for patong or old town or bang Tao the finish of the villa is amazing and the view is outstanding… I cannot recommend this place enough will definitely be staying again! Amazing Villa, Very clean, spacious for all type of groups to go on vacation to Phuket. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Host & check in was perfect. Instantly responded & very attentive of all our needs. I would recommend 100% your stay here. Only thing is traveling from the villa to Patong beach area where everything is at and night life is 24/7 & shopping , is aprox 35 mins driving, tiring but doable.
