Vacation rentals with a pool in Mueang Chiang Mai District

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

Amazing, quiet, place just outside of Chiang Mai. Food is great quality, staff is incredible. Would definitely stay here again!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

We had a wonderful short stay in Oliver’s House. It’s close to many international schools while our family doing the school tours. JJ the host was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and peaceful surrounding, we had a great time next to the pool during the sunset. Will definitely stay here again when we are in ChiangMai next.

Very nice accommodation. Everyone loved it. Came as a family. The pool is very clean. The interior of the house is very clean and very new. Fully equipped with all appliances. Very impressed. Will definitely come back.

Great place to stay in a nice walkable location.

The small villa is a very old house, and it is very cozy after the host has carefully renovated it. After staying for three days, the host and staff are very friendly, the communication is smooth, and the service is very timely and thoughtful.

Very happy with this villa. The team who greeted us on arrival and departure were so friendly and welcoming. Lovely location in a Thai neighbourhood so felt very safe and Chang mai mall was only 6 minutes away so very convenient.

Better than the pictures. Wonderful place closes enough to everything you want to do, but far away enough that is quiet and peaceful when you want to be home. Cari’s was also very helpful with the booking. I made a mistake with my original booking and she helped me fix my booking mistake right away and very easily. Saved me a good amount of money, which other host haven’t done in the pass. Absolutely recommend this place. Is definitely a place I will return to.

don't think twice! really felt like home . just a quite base to go out from. nice wooden floors. apt was super nice, clean, great views from the window. the rooftop is amazing. shower 🚿 is just perfect. everything is good. just book it.

One of my favorite stays in the area! The apartment complex itself is very well maintained and situated in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to tons of cafes and restaurants. I appreciated the easy access and security accomodations for checking in/out specifically for AirBnB guests. There's a wonderful pool and a decent sized gym equipped with all of the standard equipment. The apartment itself was super clean, very spacious, and has a wonderful wraparound view of the surrounding area. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Had a lovely stay at Cindy’s condo. It was nice and spacious, and even had a washing machine which was very handy. The highlight for us was the gym on the top floor - we used it every day. Nice to come back to such good aircon after walking around the city.

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

It was a trip that I planned for the purpose of 'rest' because my body and mind were tired from overworking. I just needed a quiet room, and I found a place with lots of cafes and restaurants that were easy to walk to, and this was the place. It's very quiet, except for the occasional sound of an airplane. I saw the reviews before I booked, and I went prepared to use earplugs, but I didn't use them. I was concerned at first, but I got used to it over time. Very famous restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk. Also, I had the pleasure of buying pineapples and mangoes sold near the road every day and eating them at home. (The fridge is large and nice) There was a washing machine and detergent, so I took a small amount of clothes, and I felt like I was really living at home while doing the laundry during my week-long stay. Whenever you need help, I was grateful for the host's really quick response. I had a good rest for a week, and I want to stay again next time.

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, it offers a peaceful retreat. Despite being off - the - beaten - path, there are small convenient stores nearby, which is really handy. Since we hired a car, getting around was a breeze. I'd recommend families traveling here to consider car - hiring for easy exploration. The driver, Chat, was incredibly friendly. He made every journey enjoyable with his warm personality. The breakfast served daily was outstanding. For the price, it was such a great deal, filled with a wide variety of delicious items. The host and her husband were extremely helpful. They provided us with local tips, recommendations on places to visit, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! It truly made my trip unforgettable.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.

Everything was perfect and beautiful!

Aye was a wonderful host. He provided suggestions for places for us to visit and dine, was very responsive via the Airbnb app, and provided us with filtered water to drink every day. The property is breathtakingly beautiful and well cared for. The living room area is outside, but Aye provided us with mosquito repellent and fans to keep the bugs away. We even had a few critters visit us: some cats, geckos and birds. Although there wasn’t much in to do in walking distance, everything was a quick/inexpensive cab ride away. I would absolutely book this property again and recommend it to any of my friends visiting Chiang Mai. My three friends and I were so comfortable and didn’t want to leave.
