Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

An Unforgettable Stay – Felt Like Home! Our trip to Georgia Tbilisi was nothing short of amazing, and a huge part of that was this incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, Tati and Giorgi made us feel so welcome—it was like visiting old friends. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. The house itself was beyond beautiful—stylish, comfortable, and surrounded by the most breathtaking nature. Waking up to those views, having slow mornings with coffee on the terrace, and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere was everything we needed. But the best part? My whole family was truly happy here. There’s something so special about this place—it’s warm, inviting, and just feels right. Whether we were out exploring or simply enjoying time together, every moment felt perfect. I can’t thank Tati and Giorgi enough for creating such a magical retreat. We’re already talking about coming back!

This home was perfect for my six week stay. The bedroom, kitchen and living area were the perfect size and the rooftop was a bonus. The views and the outdoor space were gorgeous and added much joy to my stay. Tamar was the ideal host, always friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this as a home for your stay in Tbilisi.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. We wish Tamar and her wonderful team the very best of luck in continuing to host guests from all over the world. The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Mako’s place was great with a gorgeous terrace! Very convenient location and very walkable to most places. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful apartment in Tbilisi.

Mukava majoitus,erinomaisella sijainnilla. Kaikki isoimmat nähtävyydet lähellä. Mikheili on ystävällinen majoittaja, joka vastaa erityisen nopeasti. Asunnon ainoa "huono" puoli on, jos etsit hiljaista sijaintia, ei tämä illas aikaan tätä välttämättä ole. Läheisen ravintolan musiikki kuuluu asuuntoon ja paljon autoja ajaa ohi. Meitä tämä ei haitannut. Tulisimme ehdottomasti uudelleen.

The apartment was perfectly located for our needs, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with David was seamless and prompt, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

Mariam is the most responsive host I've ever met! If you need anything, she'll be right there for you! The place itself is huge and is perfect for large groups of friends or families. Easy to get around Tbilisi by public transit or taxis, and pretty walkable too. My family really enjoyed our stay here!

I truly recommend staying here. Sofo and her family are amazing hosts. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. I had booked a stay for three months and extended it another because I enjoyed staying there so much and felt at home. Every issue or potential issue that arose they took care of it quickly and/or informed me of it (sometimes there are utility outages or protests- that’s just Tbilisi for you). Sofo is quick in her communication as well. They have family that lives next door and they are also very kind. The whole family loved my little dog who I travel with. With me having such a long stay they were also kind enough to bring a change of linens every couple weeks as well which was so incredibly welcomed. The area is great- 15 minute walk to Rustaveli metro, 2 minute walk to the bus stop. There are multiple supermarkets, produce markets, cafes, restaurants and bars all within a 5-10 minutes.

I’m really happy with my experience living in Manana’s apartment. The place was spacious and comfortable, and I especially appreciated how quickly she responded, no matter the time of day. I also loved the location — everything was super close, with tons of grocery stores and pharmacies just around the corner. Getting to the city center was easy too. Big thanks to Manana, and I wish her all the best with future guests!

Yatakları ise çok rahattı tekrar o yatakta yatmak için tiflise gidilebilir 😂 en ufak bir konuda dahi merakımı gidermek için çok kısa sürede cana yakın içten bir şekilde cevap verdi.
