Easy to find, great location, very clean.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean and very well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and cozy. The location is super central with easy access to the metro and Ubers, making it convenient to get around the city. We also loved that there were plenty of Latin American restaurants and stores within walking distance—it really added to the experience. The host was also sweet enough to leave some basic essentials for us, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, there are a few homeless people in the area as mentioned in other reviews more so at night but they did not bother us at all and smart lock made it easy and quick for us to get in and out. We are already looking forward to returning!

We really enjoyed staying at Igor's place, he met us and gave us a quick tour, showed us where everything was, left out clear instructions on how to close up when we left, the location is perfect, right downtown near Place des Arts, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, walkable to multiple grocery stores, place was VERY clean, we felt very taken care of. Would absolutely stay again and suggest it to my friends.

Apartment is in excellent location, the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and close to all amenities. Having a parking spot was great, the spot is a bit tight but we had no issue parking with a midsize car. The place would benefit from a little refreshment: the entry door has a little gap and some sheets are a bit old. Nothing major, just suggestion for improvements.

The place was fine. It was clean, it had everything in the description. Good air conditioning. Pretty good internet. If you have a car it's fine. It's not very walkable though and seems to be far from the cool parts of town. Close to the airport. Easy access to get in and out of the building. Secure. Solid 4 out of 5.

Very responsive host. Nice place, clean environment. Professionally managed. We did not have any issues. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Amazing place to stay with grocery stores and gas stations very close by. Julia was very responsive and the place felt right at home. Kids also loved the place. thanks a lot to Julia.

We were able to check in early as we were attending a wedding reception at La Vieux and needed to get ready; we really appreciated this. The accommodation was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Everything we needed was provided. The place is close to busstops which will lead you to Downtown or metro stations. Côte St Luc mall is less than 10 minutes walk away. Our flight got cancelled and thankfully it was possible to stay an extra night. Very thankful for allowing us to enjoy our stay without the stress of a late flight. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

The house was beautiful and very clean and comfortable for the amount of people included in our trip. Sam was very responsive and proactive with making sure we were accommodated well and keeping us up to date. The entire process was very smooth and everything was done in a very organized way. I would definitely recommend booking any airbnb services through Sam!!

Our stay was perfect, and the place is exactly as described, surrounded by residential homes and apartments. The property is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s just a 15-minute drive from downtown Montreal, making it ideal for a short commute. The hosts were excellent in communication

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour à Montréal, à deux minutes à pied du métro avec place de stationnement privé pour la voiture ce qui est un gros plus ! Hôte très réactif et arrangeant. Léger bémol pour la qualité et propreté de certains ustensiles de cuisine mais rien de rédhibitoire. Nous recommandons.

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

Nadya’s place is everything a BnBer could ask for—clean, comfortable, and truly homely. It’s beautifully maintained, fully equipped, and needs nothing. Nadya is a communicative and thoughtful host. The location is ideal if you want to stay outside the noise of downtown Montreal but still be just 10–15 minutes from the action. It’s a safe, beautiful area, and the parking situation was perfect. Highly recommend!

Convenient location with plenty of space. The subway is a couple of blocks away providing easy access to the city. There were several great restaurants within walking distance. The space had everything we needed to cook, clean and bathe. Would definitely stay here again!
