Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

A lovely beach house with a wonderful view.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake that you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach which is the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. In the summertime there are 4 restaurants close by.(2 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful surrounding area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Code to the key box will be sent to you the day before arrival.

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. On the historic mill, right between the Göta Canal and Motala stream, you find this newly renovated and fully equipped gem. The guest apartment is spacious and bright with two bedrooms and large living room with sofa bed. The bedrooms each have a workspace. A couple of minutes walk from the port, train station and city center in one way and the cultural area of Old Motala workshop with the event venue Lokverkstan in the other direction.
