Metropolitan Hospital , Karaiskakis stadium and peace and friendship stadium are near by the apartment. Easy transportation access to Piraeus port or El. Venizelos airport by train and bus.The apartment is in a very convenient location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

If you are considering staying here do it !! it is the best air bnb we have stayed in in years ! Karon and her husband were the most generous and gracious hosts. The flat is beautiful, clean and airy!!! Warm, welcoming and with the most amazing roof deck full of stunning plants . We happily stayed here for a family vacation for 5 nights. We had family meals inside and outside. Great morning and evening breeze if you open all the doors with great screens. But also well working air conditioning! The neighbours has cool restaurants and shopping. easy to get around, 15 min to subway to centre - but taxis also super easy and cheap to the centre and the port. This is the top flat of family home and there are 2 steep flights of steps up so keep that in mind. It’s worth it. We loved every minute! thank you so much we hope to return soon !!!

⸻ The apartment truly lives up to its listing—spacious, beautifully renovated, and fully equipped with everything I needed, including a bidet in the bathroom. The view is amazing, and the location is perfect—close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the city! The only challenge was that the building doesn’t have an elevator, which made going up and down a bit tiring.

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay and enjoyed it in every detail. Konstantinos welcomed us with amazing local treats and send as a very comprehensive guide/list of what to see in Athens city center and the surrounding areas, as well as the shops in the neighborhood, including baker, pharmacy, super market, laundry. The apartment stands in a very central location and has proximity to both Athens City center and the south suburbs! The decoration is fantastic and the bed very comfortable and clean! Thank you for everything Konstantine !

Michael's place was amazing! The studio is spacious for 2 people and has great kitchen&bathroom amenities. The most impressive was the view of the Acropolis. Starting and ending the day with this view was fantastic. It's located in a safe and vibrant area with many restaurants, in front of a bus stop and only a short walk from the metro. We also walked to the Acropolis, which took only 17 mins. In addition, Michael gave us very clear/easy instructions for check-in and answered our questions promptly.
