On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

The house is located 500 meters from the harbor with free boat slipway and good shopping. There are nice restaurants and an oyster bar within walking distance. Bus stop to Skive/Nykøbing is right outside the door.

There is a shelter, large terrace, fire pit and plenty of lawn that can be used for play and outdoor activities and down by the beach you will find petrified porcupines. Located in a quiet area, and only 30-40 minutes' drive from the North Sea. If you like to surf, the best spot is at Limfjorden 100 meters from the house. Even if it is windy by the fjord, there is always shelter by the house. The perfect setting for an active or relaxing holiday.

In Skyum Østerstrand, this cottage is in a class of its own. The house from 2011 is two houses connected by a covered walkway with hardwood floors. The house is suitable for year-round use and has a low energy consumption due to solar cells and good insulation. Heating is provided by a heat pump, which also acts as air conditioning. The house is suitable for a long vacation, where you have the opportunity to be mindful of relaxation or work. The house has three rooms with double beds and wardrobes.

the colonial garden house is cozy but not luxurious. Furniture and service are all bought in recycling. The house is located on a large fenced-in lot with a fire pit. There is a double bedroom and annex with two single beds. In addition, there is a sofa in the living room. the house is heated by fireplaces firewood can be purchased. Electric heating is also available. DKK 2.5 per kWh. There is a small bathroom (underfloor heating) with toilet and bath. you have to bring your own bedding.

Bright, simple and cozy tiny house near the water! With parking just in front. Fully equipped kitchen. Terasse with sun from morning to evening. You can make BBQ on the Weber grill. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of privacy. Only a 5 minute drive to the habour with fresh fish dishes and another 5 minutes to the grocery store. This is a very nice summerhouse area. Don't hesitate if you have any questions! Well equipped with kitchenware, piano, books, charcoal grill, garden furniture, etc. Our personal belongings are in the house, and we expect guests to take good care of the house and its contents.
