The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

The stay was great,I went with the family to be in Warner Bros for a couple of days and we decided on this place,it looked great in the listing and it was. Everything impeccable and very cozy, there was no lack of a detail,the host at all times was very attentive and helpful. We'll be back for sure, 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Gustavo’s home. It was incredibly clean, quiet, and well located. The home is truly unique and fun. Gustavo and his wife, Thanh, were perfect hosts. We would love to return to this wonderful home.

Sandra always responds quickly to questions and Maria helps with whatever is needed. The apartment is as described. The subway is 10 min. There is a Carrefour 5 minutes away for shopping and the "Boulangerie" that makes very good bread.

Like at home, very comfortable and quiet, super comfortable and a very good combination of roads to visit places by car, as well as supermarkets nearby and everything you need. Mercedes is a 10-star host. Thank you so much for everything and for making us feel so good.

We had an excellent stay. Javier’s daughter let us into the property and showed us around, she was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English, which we were very grateful for. Garden area was lovely, unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the BBQ or swimming pool as visit was in April and it wasn’t warm enough but garden would be fantastic in the summer months. We were pleasantly surprised that we could securely park our large (Ford Tourneo Custom) family car on the driveway- inside automatic gates, which allowed us easy loading and unloading of our luggage. We visited Parque Warner and Parque de Atracciones both of which were only a 25/30 minute drive away. Would throughly recommend staying in this property, house was spacious and had everything we needed for a brilliant stay. Thank you Javier! Xx

Mayling’s flat in Salamanca is perfect for a couple looking to explore Madrid. It is in a quiet street so there is no noise at all even though it is on the ground floor, everything is walking distance and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Mayling was also an exceptional host. She came to check us into the flat even though we arrived at 10pm, and was responsive and flexible throughout. She was very thoughtful and even left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate to enjoy during our stay. The flat is clean and cozy, and priced very well relative to some of the hotels in the area. She is also a superhost so she has a lot of experience dealing with tourists coming to visit her city, always willing to help and provide guidance. I would not only recommend her flat to anyone visiting Madrid, but I cannot wait to come back with my wife again..!!

This is a great apartment in a very convenient neighborhood! The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. Everything needed for cooking is available; including full-size oven and a large refrigerator with separate freezer. There are 2 small balconies, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom, perfect to step out and people watch . We weren't familiar with this neighborhood beforehand, but it is wonderful, and just a short walk to the royal palace, cathedral, and all major sites. There is a grocery store on the corner, and so many restaurants, bakeries, shops, all on the same street as the apartment, it couldn't be more convenient. Although the street is busy, the apartment is quiet with the windows closed, being on the 4th floor away from any crowds. An elevator is convenient so no need to walk up all those stairs! 2 A/C's and fans cool off the apartment great on those hot days! Highly recommend, and would love to stay again!

Accommodation in a very convenient location for visiting the entire center of Madrid on foot. An area surrounded by greenery and very quiet. Easy to get to from the airport by public transport. Equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Clean and comfortable. Congratulations and thank you for your hospitality

Definitely a beautiful apartment in the Malasaña neighborhood, which with all the style of the neighborhood and the accessibility to the Gran Vía is a perfect place to get to know and have a home in Madrid. Very good check-in system, modernizing the process. I greatly appreciate how human and attentive they are to the guest.

For a first time in Madrid this apartment was fantastic. Amazing location so everything was walkable. There is a metro station only a couple blocks away which is very handy if needed. The area is vibrant and full of great places to grab a snack or a full meal. Would 100% recommend and would stay again. The host is super lovely and very helpful, he provided a bunch of very good options for food.

Very central and you can walk to any tourist attraction. Sandra is a TOP host with very good directions and recommendations. Very easy to communicate with her. The apartment is as shown in the photos and the bed is super comfortable. Bring a mask if the light bothers you because the skylight doesn't have a blind😜.

We enjoyed John’s Airbnb - it was comfortable and roomy. It is situated in an area close too many shops, restaurants and local sites. Any questions we had were answered promptly.

Excellent choice to spend a few days in Madrid. The location is unbeatable as it is in the center of all the attractions, allowing you to walk to them very easily and quickly. The Chueca neighborhood is very fun and full of vitality. The apartment is exactly as described on Airbnb and they delivered it to us very clean. It is very spacious and bright. Very high ceilings. Made with noble materials that make it very welcoming. It's VERY comfortable. The host behaved very well too! I highly recommend this option.

Check-in was easy, Mercedes gave us clear and precise instructions. I appreciated Mercedes taking the time to check in with us during the stay to see if our flight went well and if everything was going well in Madrid. The apartment was large and we had all the accommodations mentioned in the listing. The advantage of the apartment's location is that there are several buses and a metro leading to the city center or tourist places. We had to call a locksmith because we left the key inside the apartment. I really appreciated the fact that even though it was our fault, Mercedes refunded us 30% of the cost and also took the time to check if everything was going well during this situation.

We thoroughly enjoyed Helen and Martin's flat right in the center of everything in Madrid. We walked everywhere comfortably and were able to see all of the attractions by foot. Helen provided great suggestions for what to see and do with "insider" knowledge. The flat was very clean and a great spot to come back to at the end of the day. We would highly recommend this flat to anyone who wants to be in the middle of the action in this dynamic city!!!
