Guest house by the Siljan near Mora

The cottage is 30 sqm with a small bedroom (two beds), bathroom, living room with sofa bed, table and two chairs, as well as a mini kitchen. There is a small loft over the bedroom. Between sleeping and living rooms there is a sliding door. The living room has big windows with slatted curtains and a door to a terrace. On the terrace there is outdoor furniture and an umbrella. In the living room there is an air heat pump with A/C. 20 meters to the beach. The kitchen has an induction stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle. The host couple live in the house next door.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Located on the outskirts of the village of Russia on northern Siljan about 12 kilometers from Mora. In winter, it is often possible to cross-country ski on the lake below the house or get away to the Vasaloppet track in Mora or to Orsa Grönklitt which is 20 to 40 minutes away. Gesundaberget and Tomteland only 5 km away In summertime there is a rowboat to borrow. On the plot down by the lake there is a barbecue area and wood stove sauna down by the lake. Very nice swimming area with barbecue area is in the nearby area.

Nicely located guest house that suits the small family. There are close proximity to many Sights around Siljan. Built 2017. Living room with kitchen. The bed is 120 cm at the bottom and 80 cm at the top. Sofa bed 120 cm with extra bed mattress. Sheets and towels are available to rent for SEK 75 per person! Bathroom with shower/floor heating. Free Wifi, TV with Netflix. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest but can be purchased for 500 kr. Dogs welcome, but please let us know before then we have our own dog. Warm welcome to Nusnäs!

Welcome TO my cottage IN Gopshus! This is where you go to lower the pulse. The cabin is located at the end of a cape at Spjutmosjön and the view from the kitchen window is something extra. It was built in the 1950s and renovated in 2008 (not the bathroom). In the kitchen, you have to challenge yourself in cooking on a wood stove, which is not so difficult if you think about baking and souffles where exact temperatures are necessary. 🙂 In the living room there is a fireplace and sofa bed for two. Extra beds are available.

The cottage is located at Siljan beach. Possibility of forest walks, swimming, skiing, berry picking or just relaxing. Peaceful, child-friendly, and only one neighbor. There is a bathing jetty/floating jetty down by the boat shed. 10 km to Mora and 30 km to Rättvik. To Nusnäs, the valley horse, it is about 4 km. To Orsa Grönklitt and the Predator Park it takes about 30 min by car. The cottage has a wonderful veranda where you can sit and eat and enjoy the view. BBQ available. The hygiene space is in a separate cottage.

Staying at Vincent’s house was lovely, he made us feel extremely welcome and helped with local advice and suggestions. Vincent’s place was perfect, in a quiet beautiful area on the lakeside. Not much to do in Grytnäs but an easy bus to catch into central Leksand. Vincent went above and beyond to always help and was great communication for a host. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about booking

Helene and her husband were incredibly friendly and open. They looked after us as prospective Vasaloppers, albeit it turned out to be a distance from the truth. Magically nice and highly recommend the accommodation and happy to come back with friend or family again.

Fantastic accommodation for large groups and we got a perfect tour of the house with its history. Everything you can imagine needing is in place and had a very nice spa area. Wish we had stayed a little longer.

We had a very nice and relaxing week at Siljan. The children felt right at home and enjoyed the many toys and especially the Lego:) The decor is exceptionally cozy and stylish. We immediately felt very at home. The location of the house overlooking the lake is just great, whether in the morning or evening. Many beautiful excursion destinations were easily accessible by car. We were even bathing despite the cold and had a lot of fun and rest. Thanks for the great time. Alexander and Christina with family

The house is fantastically located by the lake and has a very cozy interior. While some of us read a book by the campfire, others were outside playing on the ice sled. We had an excellent winter week! With its many seating areas, it is very suitable for large families or multiple couples. The kitchen is well-equipped for a large group, though the dining table feels a bit cramped when accommodating 11 people. Compared to the rest of the house, the bathroom falls behind. The small shower with a surrounding shower curtain could use an upgrade to meet the expectations at this rental price. Jesper mentioned he would work on it. If that happens, we would definitely return. The instructions were clear, and the communication was very friendly.
