Townhome vacation rentals in Montrouge

Marina and her co-host Aman were communicative, friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. The place was perfect for us (a traveling couple) with a 13 year old son, as it had two bedrooms. I think 4 would be a squeeze though the upstairs living room was probably the best part of the flat - with the gorgeous skylight - and had a sofa bed. There were two toilets/sinks, which was great. Excellent neighborhood, well connected. Would happily stay again.

We hebben met onze twee kinderen van 12 en 14 hier 5 nachten geslapen. Het was een prima plek om snel in Parijs te zijn. De kinderen hadden elk hun eigen slaapkamer wat heel fijn was. Melanie was een fijne host met altijd een snelle reactie en goede aanwijzingen. Wij bevelen haar huis van harte aan aan iedereen die een betaalbare plek zoekt om Parijs te bezoeken

Antoinette was the perfect host: super responsive, proactive, and very accommodating. The home was exactly as described and full of old time charm combined with all the modern amenities. My family of 6 was comfortable and felt at home. Thank you!

This is my second time staying at this location. It was great for our girls trip previously and family trip this year. The separation of space on the different levels gave everyone their own space. There is a friendly garden cat, I think named “Me-Moo”, that welcomed us home most nights and made it feel homey and Parisian. Very close to the Metro Line 2 which made commuting in the city very easy. We unfortunately had a lot of flight travel issues but were luckily able to extend on the back end. Yves, was very accommodating when our departure flight was delayed and allowed us to check out a couple hours late (there were no guests arriving the day we departed). Thank you and I hope to visit again.

Merci à Côme et Juliette pour l'excellent séjour passé en famille dans leur jolie maison de Vincennes. Tout était parfait. La propreté de la maison, son équipement, y compris un emplacement de stationnement dans un garage, la proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants ainsi que des transports en commun. Tout était impeccable et conforme à la description. Une mention particulière pour l'excellente réactivité de Côme à nos demandes et pour les délicates attentions. Encore mille mercis. J'ai mentionné un bon rapport qualité/prix et non un très bon mais il faut tenir compte de la taille de la maison (4 chambres à coucher), de la période (JO Paris 2024) et surtout de la commission (exorbitante) d'Air BnB. C'est peut-être là le seul problème.

Very nice house. We slept well. Pedro is very friendly. Communication was easy. The location is perfect: quiet but very closer to Paris intra muros. A (paybale) public parking garage is nearby.

We're very pleased we chose this Airbnb to visit Paris for four nights. Sylvian was very gracious and couldn't have been more helpful when our travel plans were delayed. The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk to the Metro allowed us to visit all the sites. A very good boulangerie next door and local shops served our needs. The apartment was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Spacious, clean and with everything we needed.

Beautifully decorated suburban home within walkable distance to public transport links. Local boulangerie’s for breakfast as well as there being a supermarket close by. Friendly cats! Sparkling clean too! ✨ Amélie was lovely and responsive throughout our stay!

Beautiful place and great location! Ursula and her husband met me for check in and they were very friendly and helpful! They made sure I knew where everything was and answered all questions! The host was also very responsive to any and all questions I had! Would love to stay here again!

Even though we didn't have the opportunity to meet Laetitia Et Laurent they were very responsive to our inquiries. Their house is very tastefully decorated and designed. The surrounding area was lively with plenty of supermarkets, eateries and walking distance to the Metro. We had a very comfortable stay and the house was located in a quiet side street. Wat een fantastische plek om in een rustige omgeving op korte afstand (en gemakkelijk met de trein te reizen) van Parijs te verblijven. Ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en een zeer sympathieke host die heel erg bereidwillig is om alles zo goed mogelijk te regelen! Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in dit huis: een aanrader dus!

We stayed here with an 11 year old and 8 year old and it was an ideal base to explore Paris. Property in a lovely quiet location and little park nearby enough for kids to play in which was good after a journey. Bigger park nearby in the town near the Chateau. Good restaurants locally - Polpo pasta and Chez Mario great for Italian food. East journey into Paris on RER line A. Our host was very helpful and we hope to come back another time

Samir was kind enough to let us check in early when there were no guests before us. He was very responsive even at night when we had some inquiries. Samir’s place is also near the bus stop and a walkable to the other station. He was also considerate and did not charge us when we had a sudden extra guest for 1 night of our stay. Overall we had a great stay at Samir’s place!

Everything was as expected, amazing in one word. The host was always available to answer our questions. The place was incredibly clean and new. Very appropriate for couples or single travellers as it's very private and peaceful. We had easy access to the train station that goes to the centre of Paris (about 40min from the place to Eiffel Tower) which was very helpful for us.

Wir hatten in dem Haus einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt während der olympischen Spiele. Es war alles vorhanden und man hatte mit 4 Personen sehr viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Bartolome ist als Gastgeber wahnsinnig nett und gut zu erreichen. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Hôtes accueillants, réactifs, très disponibles, gentils et aimables. Si vous cherchez un endroit à dormir sur Paris, près de la gare St Lazarre, Je conseille +++++. Le logement est top et les hôtes sont parfaits. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à eux.
