Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Montparnasse, Paris

J'ai passé 2 nuits chez marc. Le logement était très propre, calme (il donne côté cour et sans vis à vis) et conforme à la description. Le logement est un peu excentré par rapport à Paris, mais on peut rejoindre Porte de Choisy en tram assez facilement.

Logement très bien situé, commerces et transports à proximité. L'appartement est propre, bien entretenu, calme et bien équipé. . Je recommande vivement.

Charmante kleine Wohnung im 27. Stock des Evasion 2000 von 1971. Zugang zu einem Pool unterm Dach. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Eiffelturm. Sehr schnelle und klare Kommunikation mit Paule. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit – bereits im Voraus hat sie uns ein paar hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, wie wir unseren Aufenthalt am besten gestalten können. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns ihre Ehrlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit: Meine Freundin hatte ihren Ring verloren, und obwohl wir ihn selbst nicht finden konnten, schrieb uns die Gastgeberin abends, dass sie ihn im Abfluss entdeckt hatte – sie hat ihn uns sogar nachgeschickt. Wirklich toller Service! Die Lage der Unterkunft war ebenfalls top – eine Metrostation, eine tolle Bäckerei und zwei Supermärkte waren ganz in der Nähe. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts erkundigte sich die Gastgeberin, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Die Wohnung war zwar etwas klein, aber für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend und gemütlich. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, war es abends manchmal etwas laut, und wir mussten das Fenster über Nacht geschlossen halten, um ungebetene Gäste draußen zu

HOWEVER! do not let that stump you. the place is near a lot of bus stops and stations, and it is easily accessible. the flat itself ia beautiful and home-y. a plus for me is that it smells good! it is as advertised in the app. Achmit is very responsive, even if we were asking him questions at the middle of the night! he communicates well and fast. it was a great stay!

An expansive flat in District 2, the apartment was just what the doctor ordered, it was very well equipped spacious and very comfortable. in addition everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable being in someone else's home.

Great location and view from 6th floor. Louis made it very easy to check in and even offered to carry my girlfriends bags up 6th flights. clean place. Would recommend and go back without hesitation.

Charlotte is incredible! She was so communicative in advance of my visit. Her recommendations were super! This location, and suite were perfect (including the washer/dryer in unit). She was so friendly, recommending super restaurants and drinks locations and even met me with pastries and a bottle of rosé! Can’t get better than that.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

The place was great & Gio was a great host. Any hiccups we encountered were met with quick solutions. The condo was filled with love and the neighborhood was perfect for walking around and getting to know Paris. Would definitely recommend.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

The apartment is a second floor walk-up (35 steps) in an older, but secure and clean building, near a metro stop. It is on a busy street, above a Mexican restaurant, but the apartment is quiet and there are no odors from the business below. There are many windows that open, so that the place is light and airy. The kitchen appliances that we used were in good working order. There is good water pressure and ample hot water. The Internet connection is fine and the TV has all the main French channels. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. The host was prompt to meet us at the apartment and answered our questions. The apartment is comfortable and spacious (for Paris) with many personal decorative touches, including some intriguing original Chagall-esque paintings. This is a good, convenient choice for a couple to visit the many historical and cultural sights of Paris.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Maison qui nous a permis de rassembler des amis d'un peu partout en France. Ce n'est pas loin de Paris ni de Roissy, donc plutôt pratique (même si le RER est à 2km, un bus permet d'y aller si vous n'avez pas envi de marcher). La cuisine est bien équipée et la deuxième cuisine au 1er étage nous a permis de cuisiner sans souci (12 personnes). L'extérieur est plutôt agréable avec un barbecue à disposition.
