The house was hommy and comfortable with facilities just like the photos shown. I love the garden and the living room. Just enjoy the Netflix also. Besides, its nearby Indomaret, Warmindo and some groceries. Keluar rumah sedikit banyak cafe2 dan Kopi.

Seriously, one of the best places we've ever stayed in. The apartment is spacious, the interior is excellent, the pool is fantastic, and you'll find everything you need here. However, the biggest thing for us? The people. Ben and Galuh made our time there a one-of-a-kind experience—it's been a while since we've made friends with others so quickly, haha! If you're looking for an authentic Airbnb, look no further; you've found the single best spot to stay in Yogyakarta.

Easy to find flexible check in, very responsive all is good perfect

We had a lovely time during our stay here. The place has a beautiful view of the rice fields and it is very peaceful. The hosts were friendly and kind to us, helping us with any questions we had. The outdoor patio area was comftortable to relax in with a nice view. The AC worked well and it was nice having the open shower with a view. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch, made by the lovely ladies who take good care of the place. The location is a little out of the way but it's worth it getting to stay in a place like this. I would recommend renting a scooter so you can explore easily but if not you can easily order a grab/gojek/bluebird taxi. I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful home, nice welcoming snacks. Reza also provided eggs, rice, bread and margarine. Very appreciated as we arrived late night and hungry. Thanks Reza for everything. Next time we visit jogya, We will rent your place again for sure.

Room was cozy and clean. The balcony also provided a clear view of Mount Merapi. The apartment is quite close to several popular tourist locations (Filsafat Kophi, Kophi Klotok, etc).

The host is pretty responsive but got some problem with water leakage inside the room. The location is afar from downtown but you can find convenient store here and there.

Overall I like to stay at Arymbi's place. The scenery from room is great because it's directing to Merapi mountain. The room is really comfortable and clean, and for a studio room it's really big room! Maybe there are some things in the room that is not working as expected such as wifi & the android box, but it's not a big deal for me personally since most of my activity is outside of the room. The security on the lobby is also really kind and it has a convenient store on the ground floor which it's a good point too.

Long stay, 9 nights 10 days. Usually if I stay at a hotel, my 3 nights are saturated, but here, my husband even wants to extend 1 more week but we have limited leave. This unit room is equivalent to a 4-star hotel room with complete kitchen equipment. Far above our expectations. The original room is better than the pictures.

Great place to stay during holiday. everything you need is almost available so you just need to buy less things you feel empty. Great service and information. You feel like being appreciated. The only issue is to fix your AC living room at some point.

Probably the best apartment in Yogya - very good amenities, stunning view of the Volcano from the highest floor and very attentive hosts. For us the water dispenser with cool and hot options was a big plus. The whole apartment was very cozy. The only downside are the loud prayers coming from mosques in the early hours, but you would get that everywhere. Definitely recommend.

It is great place to stay and near city centre. The apartment also very clean and that feels like you're at home. The host is very informative, proactive, clear instruction, and helpful. The price is also very affordable. I will be coming back again if I go to Yogyakarta next time.

We stayed at JSH as a family of 4 people, incl. a toddler. JSH is a great place for family. Tina paid attention to small details for her guests, e.g. in our experience, high chair and baby-friendly food utensils. Although the property is located in old apartment complex, Tina managed to upgrade her property, so it feels nice and comfortable. The property is well-facilitated, even Tina managed to assist with certain additional requests. Regarding the apartment complex, there is a swimming pool and gym available in the apartment complex. The location is relatively close to city center, so it only takes less than 15 minutes of driving to get there. There are many restaurants within radius of 5 kilometres.

The place is very interesting, the owner is very responsive and sprightly.
