Built in 2021. 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, and private bathroom. Access to shared pool. Pure idyll in the countryside, but with only 2.5 km to good shopping, as well as about 10 minutes by car to a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Dogs, cats and horses. Owner lives on the grounds, but for the second long. Fibernet and TV package. NEW 2025: Gameroom with table football, table tennis and retro game console.

Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May to September, you can book for 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

The top bunk is not suitable for toddlers and people with walking difficulties. The apartment is located in one of the lengths, to our 4-long yard. Sitting outside is available. Nature comes right into the apartment, and the peace is interrupted only by birdsong and the wind in the trees. The annex contains a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, dining area, armchairs and sofa. And on the large loft, there is an extra mattress where you can sleep. Private terrace with forest view. Free parking and very fast WiFi.

A 96 m2 retreat, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as neighbors. In the garden, there is a small cozy fireplace and shelter with 3-4 sleeping places. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from a lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. The Øhavsstien trail starts at Falsled Harbor.
