Soli and Teo’s place was absolutely perfect! They greeted us like friends and gave us all the informations we needed and pointed us to the most beautiful beaches and most practical amenities. Our kids loved playing on the terrace with the kittens while we chilled on the hamac with the beautiful view on the sea. The house is located next to Konduros and Pisses on the west and the ruins of Karthea on the east, making it a great base to explore the island.

This is a little piece of Heaven. It is private and peaceful and the location is perfect if you want a real escape. The little private beach was beautiful for chilling and swimming. You need a car to go out and explore other beaches and restaurants if you want to. The place was comfortable and Spiros was so helpful and willing to help wherever he could. Nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated the little treats on arrival and the bathroom has the usual supplies plus more. We would definitely recommend this place and if we return to Kythnos, we would choose to stay there again. Thank you Spiros for a memorable few days.

A perfect getaway in the beautiful island of Kea. The house and yard/terrace is perfect for couples or young family like us. We took our 4yo and 1yo kids who loved the large terrace area to play and the closeness to the beach. The house is equipped with everything and it was nice to have beach towels and some essentials already in the house like coffee, water, laundry detergent etc. There is a small taverna behind the house that has been closed over the past 2 years but when we were there it seemed like renovations were taking place so maybe next year it will be open! Otherwise you need to drive (windy roads) 20mins to the nearest restaurants. Sarah who met us in Pisses to take us to the house was lovely and gave us some excellent recommendations of places to eat and buy supplies. My advice would be to stock up after you get off the ferry at the bigger supermarkets and grear butcher near the port than the mini mart in Pisses.

It was all great, the location was impeccable, Mr. George very kind and helpful. the space very clean and prompt service for extra room equipment. easy parking. The only issue at the location was that there was no cell reception and the wifi didn't work very well.

Our stay at Christina's house was great. The view from the terrace and balcony is breathtakingly beautiful. And in general, the house is very nicely decorated and we had everything we need. The kitchen is very well equipped. Christina was also very helpful. We will be happy to come back.

The house was more beautiful than in the photos, clean and very well equipped. The host was very friendly and responsive. The location is very good, all next to us and without being in the hustle and bustle of the village. The only thing that could be considered as a disadvantage is that one bedroom is a little small . Will me again!

Antonia and Maria were excellent hosts. They gave us information about what we needed, food, beaches,fun. The house was in a great spot, clean, very comfortable for the 7 people we were with a lovely large terrace. The rooms were very cool and we never felt the lack of air conditioning because there were the ceiling fans. Thank you very much also for accepting our two dogs!!!We highly recommend it and will definitely revisit it.

This place is a gem. The house has top class amenities and the terraces/swissiming pool have incrediblde views and plenty of different furnitures to chill. There is even an extra shadow area beside the pool not shown in the pictures. The sea is litterally 50 meters away. In 30 seconds you are in pristine cristal waters with amazing rocks. Perfect for a morning wake up swim or snorkeling session. We just spent 1 week there and we barely heard any noise other than the one from the sea and the wind. Moreover, Kea is a wonderful island with his own charme not yet impactes by mass tourism! If you are looking for a place to relax and get away of stressful days, don't go elsewhere and book a stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!!
