A lovely stay in Kassel. The residential neighborhood is quiet, places to walk, shopping and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Nice, friendly neighbors, the accommodation is equipped with everything you might need.

My parents felt very comfortable with Susann and Bert. It was very clean and the place had everything you need. There were even two apples on the table as well as lemonade and water in the fridge. The arrangements went smoothly. Thanks for the accommodation and happy to come back!

Beautiful, airy apartment! Within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, and things to do! Irina was so helpful and responded very quickly! She made sure we felt right at home! Will definitely keep on our list of places to come back to when we’re next in Germany 🇩🇪!!

Our two employees had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It corresponded exactly to the description and was in excellent condition. The amenities were modern and comfortable. Communication with the landlord was great! She was friendly, helpful and quick in her answers, which made the entire booking process and check-in very straightforward. Judith's house is located directly on various hiking trails and within a 5-minute walk to the tram. The perfect place to explore the area and the Kaufungen Forest. Königsalm and Niester Riesen are close by, Kaufungen itself is very cute, definitely worth a look! The adventure brickyard diagonally opposite the tram is also worth seeing. The apartment was as described and an excellent home base for us. The huge dining table and the view of the countryside, the super comfortable bed, the fireplace, the patio in front of the kitchen with a beautiful seating area... Thank you dear Judith, for this great weekend!

Very cosy apartment perfectly located in a nice neighborhood with bars and restaurants, yet in a very quiet street and building. The little living room has a sort of balcony that’s ideal for breakfast, and the sleeping room is comfortable and quiet. I would warmly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kassel.

We had a lovely stay. With a lot of peace and quiet to just slow down. The place matches the pictures , we didn't lack anything. Maybe a screen would be attached to the hot tub to the terrace:) We would have felt even more comfortable with that. But that's complaining to a high standard. We definitely recommend Andre's place.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and will definitely come back again. A big plus is the spa area belonging to the hotel, which can be used.

Everything worked out great, easy check-in and super nicely located near the park. With baby we had to check in as early as possible, which was no problem either. So everything is great, happy to come back!

I was here to relax with a friend on my birthday. Check-in was easy and the apartment really nice and clean. Above all, the kitchen amenities surprised us very positively. There is simply everything, including spices. Overall, we are super satisfied with everything!

We stayed at the place for two nights. We were traveling with five adults, one toddler, and two small children. Everyone felt totally comfortable and didn't miss anything. From the communication in advance to the arrival, everything was completely well regulated and very loving. All the people we met on the farm were very open-minded and super nice. Our two youngest fellow travelers also felt very comfortable and will not forget the stay so quickly. Especially for families, the accommodation offers a retreat after beautiful day trips in the area. Everything is quite quickly accessible by car. We can only recommend the place.
