Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Mekong River

The place is ideal for families in a peaceful residential area with no sound of traffic. The apartment is adequately furnished, the shared pool was perfect for my kid. Everything else is a short tuk tuk ride away. They also gave us complimentary bicycle with helmets and locks, so ideal if you want to ride around. There is a friendly dod on the property. By 9 pm its super peaceful to snooze. If i come back, i will surely stay here.

The host is responsive and the facilities are good value for money. The location is T1, so it's inconvenient compared to T2, but it's convenient because there are grocery stores and shopping malls within a 5-minute walk.

Had a lovely time here. We thought the house was so beautiful and worth a visit. Looked exactly like the pictures and the hosts were very nice. The only negative was there was some construction nearby so it was a little bit loud in the mornings, but this isn’t their fault. We would recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back!

Great location! My friends and I enjoyed our stay. We were able to visit lots of great cafes nearby and also the location in Ekkamai is central to most places we visited! We'd definitely stay again 😊

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

We stayed for Songkran, which was only booked for the first night. But when we came to stay and didn't want to go back, the place is very spacious, very private. The view of the sea is beautiful. Watch the sunset every day. There are 3 bedrooms and another extra room to sleep in. The living room is spacious and fully equipped with a full kitchen. Very good value for money. I like it.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

The villa itself was incredible: spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring two stunning 360-degree balconies with breathtaking views. The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. I suppose it’s one of the best locations in Pattaya, 2 minutes to the beach, wide ranch of facilities. High floor, amazing view

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

Great stay at Crystal Beach. Super Pool and beach. Quiet place, great for small family. Will stay again.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Thao was a super host to us for sure. She was always responsive, accommodating, and super helpful with all the questions I've had during my stay. The place was clean, tidy and close to District 1 and look like the pictures and matched all the descriptions. I highly recommend staying here.

I had a great time staying at Ramone’s Airbnb. It was very tidy and well equipped. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The area is very close to shops (food) and public transport. Ramone was very friendly and communicated well. Would highly recommend this place.

There was a problem with the electricity I booked, so I used another accommodation, and the room was in the same condition (location, room, bathroom, etc.). The host responded immediately to our questions and changed the towels every day. There was an air conditioner in the living room and room, so it was cool during my stay. It is located in District 4, so it is a little far from the 1st and 2nd groups, but I knew that part and booked it, and it was convenient to use Grab, so there was no problem moving. If anyone is going on a trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I'll recommend it ~
