Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mekong River

Pornchai was very hospitable. They accommodated our large group of 10 people and 1 cat. We are happy with the stay.

nancy, the people working at and the owner of the cottage were very friendly and always ready to help. we had a barbecue alltogether on one night which was fully paid by the owner. the place is quiet and peaceful and really is great to lay low for a while. the only inconveniance is the difficult availabilities to come around and limited ways of transport at the cottage. i would still defenitely recommend this place :)

這次旅程，5大人4小朋友，樓主有愛心，地方剛剛好，尚算清潔乾淨，只是廁所可以改善一下，地下厠所需要大一點抽氣，如果可以乾濕分離就更好啦，總括來說都有5星星。

Super clean and located in a quiet area that is not too far from the main beach. The host is super friendly. Enjoyed our stay there a lot!

Spacious townhouse situated just off the most hectic parts of Bangkok. The place is about 15 minutes away from Ekkamai and Thong Lor (much quicker by bike), so the party's not far away. The local area leans towards a suburban vibe and is quite serene.

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Apartment. Es war wie beschrieben und wir hatten keine Probleme. Es gab gute Restaurants um die Ecke und die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren schnell erreichbar. Auch mit dem Sicherheitspersonal wie bei Google beschrieben hatten wir keine Probleme, auch unsere Grab-Fahrer hatten uns immer vor der Tür abgesetzt.

Мне кажется,что это одно из лучших жилищ,где я была. Территория очень зеленая и продуманая. Прекрасный бассейн.Удивительно красивый и уютный сад. Сам лофт очень нас порадовал. Уезжать совсем не хотелось. Я очень благодарна хозяйке. До центра города легко добраться ,лучше конечно на тук-туке.

I had an incredibly comfortable stay throughout my trip. The bed was extremely cozy, and I appreciated that the towels were changed halfway through. The refrigerator was a highlight—it was a large LG premium double-door model, which was perfect since I only bought milk, yogurt, fruit, and cake to eat and didn’t cook at all; having that extra space was so convenient. The location was ideal: right next door were a Starbucks and a Tous Les Jours bakery, and in the same building as the accommodation was a supermarket. Within walking distance I found a Vietnamese eatery and three Korean restaurants, and the Landmark shopping mall was less than a 10-minute walk away, so I went there often. Every morning I jogged in the park just behind the building—it was spotless, very spacious, and filled with locals exercising day and night, which made it even more enjoyable. It was my first time visiting Vietnam, and I found everything to be safe, clean, and a truly wonderful experience.

I would like to share my wonderful experience staying at this house in District 1. First of all, I must say that the house is absolutely perfect. The location is incredibly convenient, with shops, restaurants, and transportation all within easy reach, making my life so much easier. Moreover, the house is very spacious, and I feel comfortable and relaxed living alone in such a large space. What impressed me the most was the generosity and kindness of the host. When I first arrived in Vietnam in the morning, I was exhausted and desperately needed a place to rest immediately. However, most other accommodations required me to wait until the afternoon to check in. But this host appeared like a savior. Not only did he allow me to check in right away, but he also didn’t charge any additional fees. His kindness and understanding made me feel incredibly grateful and warmed my heart. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness and goodwill of the host.

The location is perfect, and it is very easy to go anywhere. It is a high floor. There are many bars downstairs but no noise can be heard. The hygiene is more clean than I imagined, and the snacks are prepared very carefully. The landlord and housekeeper responded very promptly and any problems were solved immediately. I will stay here again next time. Highly recommended for 2 persons.

I've stayed in RaNee's condos previously, so I knew to expect a clean, comfortable and well maintained room. All her rooms that I've stayed in were very good. She is a very good host.

Best place I have ever stayed at Pattaya. Spacious room with huge balcony. Pool is incredible.

Looks like the photos. The view is stupendous. The place is in a busy area next to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel and find what you need, but the unit is high enough that it is very quiet. Izii is an excellent host, making sure we were comfortable, and made our stay seamless. Would stay again!

Really nice views from this room. Easy entry to the pool. Host is always accommodating.

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

This was my second visit at The Base, Pattaya. The first time was last year. Both were very comfortable and enjoyable. Will come back next year and definitely will stay at Mickey's place.
