This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

The perfect location, private and only a few minute drive into Gytheio with nearby beaches to stroll. The property was absolutely beautiful with potted flowers, a small garden and citrus trees. A gorgeous view on a private veranda overlooking the water in the distance, perfect for morning coffee. The space was cozy and very clean. Melina was very responsive to questions, making us feel very comfortable with our stay.

The location is very good, beautiful surroundings, from the outside you can see the beach below (you sit under the tree, it has a table and chair and you enjoy the view and the breeze). They want a car. The house is small and beautiful, it has everything you need. Everything was functional and as he mentioned it. Magda is very discreet and her dad is great. Nice place, industrial style. Very functional every corner of it!!Beautiful veranda. Bed with very nice mattress. The towels were delicious!!!She had disposable slippers!!It has a blanket for snuggling on the couch..like home...Ah and a professional pistol and hand mirror, basic female accessories!! The stay was great, without any disturbance, quiet,convenient, warm, two steps from the beach!

Host was responsive and checking in and out was very easy. Place is as described. It's great that all bedrooms have attached bathrooms but a couple of the bathrooms were rather small. We were a group of 10 adult friends but if you have both adults and children up to 10 it will be very comfortable. The villa is located on a little hilltop so the sunset daily was so beautiful...nature at its best. We had 3 days of wedding reception, planned lunches, dinners and drinks nearby so the location is perfect for us. The drive downhill (parts of it along the beautiful coast) is about 30 minutes to town and 45 minutes to the airport. Excellent stay. Thanks Nikos.

The host was very helpful during our stay. My daughter got sick and the host helped us with an appointment the same day. The house was great with the best view and sunset. You have to have a car to get there and to go to the beaches. The only minus with our stay was the hungry cats at the house. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Very nice, spacious and clean house - perfect as a comfortable base for our visit in Stoupa. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was in convenient walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, etc. Nikos and Maria were friendly and accommodating, and we had good communications before, during and after our stay. Definitely recommended!

It was a joy to stay at Saki and Panagiota’s home. Beautiful garden with lemon and olive trees. A very tranquil setting. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of pillows and blankets if needed. The extra touches with homemade cookies and fresh figs was a nice touch and much appreciated. We look forward to coming back very soon. Thank you Saki and Panagiota for sharing your lovely home with us.
