Apartment vacation rentals in Meander Valley Council

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. The apartment is very freshly renovated and exactly as pictured. Everything was very smooth and comfortable for our 2 night stay. Location is incredibly central so great for access to restaurants and shops - can be slightly tricky for on street parking depending on time of day, but off street parking is available close by once you have checked in.

I loved staying at this apartment. It’s on the edge of the CBD but so ridiculously quiet you wouldn’t know it. Barely a sound from outdoors and zero neighbouring apartment noise or carpark noise. Walking distance to all the best the CBD and marina has to offer and the scenic walking paths. The apartment furnishings so very comfortable and cozy. The indoor temperature is perfect, easy to adjust to suit the conditions. Views from both sides of the apartment is amazing and the morning sun on the east side is glorious and the sunset followed by city and marina lights on the west side is so relaxing. The host, Richard, is one of the friendliest and most easy going host I’ve ever met, goes above and beyond. I would always now try to book his apartment every time I’m in Launceston and would strongly recommend to my family and friends.

The apartment was clean and modern with great views. The location is great with everything you'd need within walking distance and some tourist attractions nearby. The apartment had everything we needed to stay comfortably.

Alex's place was fantastic. Exactly as listed. It is located in a nice quiet area and was perfect for my time away. I would definitely stay again.

Great place in a private, clean, tidy & peaceful spot. Located in a lovely & lofty suburb close to town & not far from the magnificent gorge...just a tip, it's a good idea to have a car.

Angela was a great host. Always willing to help and made the check in process smooth. House was clean and very comfortable to stay in ! Had modern features and good quality linen and towels. Location was close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Due to the nearby restaurants can be a bit loud sometimes but always quieted down quickly. Overall, very enjoyable stay!

Extremely impressed by this residence. Reasonably close to the centre of Launceston. Interior was very well presented. Would definitely stay again.

Dale's apartment is perfect for a stay in Launceston. Great location and easy to walk to the many cafes and restuarants nearby. Woolworths just around the corner too which is handy. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. Lock up garage was a major plus too. Definitely would recommend it!

I absolutely LOVED the apartment. Funky, awesome vibes, toasty and warm. Some of the most beautiful linen and soft bed and pillows! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone I know. I hope to be back in the future!

Our best stay yet in Launceston. Walking and swimming at the beautiful First Basin Reserve at the bottom of the street. Off street parking a little tricky so it is best to practice your backwards driving in preparation. The decor is highly personalized and would not suit a minimalist.

As a contractor at Launceston hospital (and also doing nightshift), this place has everything you need. Quiet area so slept well during the day, and it was cold out and the heat pump did a great job. Amazing shower pressure too! Just ensure you read the address properly as there is a letter in it and not another number. I originally took myself to the wrong place 😅 Great communication, parking on site and easy check in. Would stay again.

What a great place right in the heart of the city! We all had a great sleep and did not notice the noise of the city!

Our stay was fantastic. Great spot to stay for a couple of nights while doing things in Launceston. Very central. The breakfast was an added bonus and was just what we needed:)

Helen’s place has a fabulous location and beautiful views, it’s super comfortable and stylish, and Helen was great to communicate with. Perfect base for exploring the area.

We loved our stay here - such a beautiful location, amazing view, comfy bed and well stocked simple kitchen. Takes under a minute to walk to the cellar door and gin distillery on the same property and is located perfectly to explore Launceston and surrounds. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back, thank you!
