Maria's place was in perfect condition, both outside and inside. The location offers excellent peace and tranquility for a vacation immersed in Greek nature, where every aspect refers to a slow life and attuned to the sea and the territory. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even more than expectations, also in the middle of the stay there was a cleaning and a change of sheets, well appreciated and that has definitely added a positive aspect to the entire service. Surely compared to the prices of nearby facilities, the accommodation has a higher cost, given the presence of an outdoor pool (a dream) and the taste finishes of the house and decor. I assure you that it is worth immersing yourself in a Crete full of rustic and true charm, where the waves and stars overlook every worry and thought. I am satisfied with my stay, smoothly, clear and with friendly communication.

The room and the whole complex were just as beautiful as seen on the pictures. The place was very clean. The bathroom is very new and beautiful and there are large wardrobes to set up for the time being. There was a fruit plate and drinks to welcome you, the garden was nicely maintained and from the rooms you have a direct view of the sea (about 150 m away). The contact was very nice and the welcome by George on site very warmly. We asked about a beach umbrella for the beach and he offered us his own. The place is highly recommended! You should know that it can get very windy in Xerokampos, so a typical beach stay is not always possible.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

We stayed end of April for over two weeks and absolutely loved our stay. Our welcome to Mandarini house by Venetia and Michalis was so thoughtful and considerate… many kind touches - homemade Easter treats, jam etc and enough in the fridge and cupboards to tide us over for a few days. The house is a fantastic base to explore Eastern Crete. It is comfortable, homely, practical, and the village is lovely and friendly. We had daily hikes, often from the village, there’s lots to see and do. We highly recommend Mandarini and we’re blown away by the pristine beauty of this special part of Crete 😎😎

Apartmant is spacy it has large saloon with kitchen and 2 bedrooms. It has large balcony facing sea and the small one facing west in one of the bedrooms. Every room has aircondition so even in extremaly hot days it was possible to cool the apartment very quickly. We could see the sunrise over the sea from the main balcony early in the morning. Matina is super-nice and flexible. On the starting day we were allowed to check in very early in the afternoon. There is taverna right next to the apartment with excelent service, good food and affordable prices and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world 50 meters away

We were looking for the perfect place to completely unwind in Crete, and our stay in the apartment in Ziros exceeded all our expectations! The modern, clean, and cozy apartment in a peaceful village was the ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of southeastern Crete. The apartment was spacious and perfectly equipped for a long stay. In half an hour’s drive, we could reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Crete. When we arrived at midnight on the first day, Maria's mother Anna welcomed us warmly and prepared a delicious home-cooked meal and fruit from her garden. During our four visits to Crete, we have never encountered such a perfect combination of modern amenities, traditional hospitality, and stunning nature. If you want to visit this area, be sure to stay here and you won't regret it. I highly recommend it!

The views are superb, the house is well maintained and sufficiently equipped, the first beach is a 5-minute walk away. Hosts are available. We would recommend it without hesitation.
