Loved the homely apartment, it was relaxing and full of character. We discovered so many areas at this location. Enjoyed walking to and from apartment as well as several metro options. We loved the proximity of the Cannibale cafe which we loved and the boulangerie.

The host Ayad was always very responsive, promptly answering any questions and providing helpful assistance whenever needed. The apartment is in a very safe and convenient location, situated near the intersection of several metro lines, with easy access to buses, supermarkets, and laundromats. The only thing to note is that the hot water supply is limited, so guests may need to take turns when showering. If you are visiting during the winter, it would be advisable to plan accordingly.

Accueil chaleureux par l’hôte. Adoré notre première expérience dans un Airbnb. Nous sommes senti comme chez nous avec nos deux ados. Les lits étaient très confortable et l’appartement contenait tout le nécessaire pour y vivre. Des petites attentions nous étaient destinés lors de notre arrivée ce qui a été très apprécié. Recommande vivement ce logement.

petit studio correct avec se qu'il faut, très calme, très bien situé, très bon rapport qualité prix et picine collective exceptionnelle avec vue a 360° sur Paris que l'on a plus profiter seul le soir je recommande

This is my third year staying at Nicolas' apartment. As a party of five it is very hard to find a place. Yes, it's a bit far out of the city but, that didn't bother us. We had a wonderful time. Everyone had their own bedroom and bed. The two bathrooms were good to have. The stores and restaurants within walking distance were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others, especially large families. Until maybe next year. Thank you Nicolas.

Nice local neighborhood just a short Metro ride from the major Paris attractions. Very eclectic decor with nice art. Excellent communication with the host.

Ik was er 3 weken voor het schrijven van mijn tweede roman. Het tafeltje in de kamer was perfect om dat te doen. Het appartement ligt in een levendige buurt, maar in het appartement is het zeer rustig. Het uitzicht is typisch Parijs. Het appartement is ruim en er is enorm veel licht. Zowel de Velib fietsen als de Metro zijn zeer dichtbij. Een aanrader als je een plek zoekt in Belleville!

Fabulous bohemian apartment within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Two metro stations nearby to get wherever you want and lots of restaurants within walking distance too. Road is bustling in the day and evening but up on the sixth floor it is a peaceful haven. My 80 year old Mum managed the stairs well so don’t let that put you off. Very well equipped and comfortable beds. My room had a fantastic view of the Paris rooftops and the Sacre Coeur in the distance which was magical when lit up at night.

Laurence went massively above and beyond as a host, which added to her already beautiful home!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement proche de Disney. Il est bien desservi par les transports en commun. Neuf, propre et très bien décoré. Nous recommandons ce logement.

David est un hôte au top! Nous étions plusieurs amis pour les 30 ans de mon conjoint durant tout un week end. Le logement correspondait exactement à ce que nous recherchions… du charme, de l’ancien, et de la verdure à seulement 30min de Paris. David a eu totalement confiance en nous et a été d’une gentillesse indescriptible! Karaoké, lumières, jacuzzi, ping-pong, barbecue, tout y était… Merci infiniment David pour ce week end qui restera gravé dans nos mémoires! À bientôt je l’espère.

Valérian est très réactif. Grande maison, propre, située sur un terrain clôturé. Quartier ultra calme à quelques minutes à pied des RER C ou N.

Rafika is an incredible host, and had everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. She was easy to communicate with, and facilitated an easy checkin. The home was spotless and the rooms were perfectly appointed. Our large group loved having their own private bedrooms, and there were plenty of bathrooms to go around. We were a group of 8 adults, and everyone was completely comfortable. The home is newly remodeled and tastefully done. The walk to the public transit was 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and again! If you are considering booking Rafika’s place, just do it! You will be so glad you did!

Logement très agréable, tout proche du stade de France. Très bons échanges avec les hôtes. Instructions d arrivée très claires, aucun problème. Nous sommes très contents de notre week end.

Logement fidèle au photos, bien situé en périphérie de Paris! Très accessible en transport. L’hôte est également super gentil et très réactif, au petit soin 🙂

Adele was such a wonderful host! Very responsive and very kindly helped me with an early check in as my flight arrived into Paris early in the morning. The apartment looks like the pictures and it was easy to walk to the canal and down to the Marais from there. Merci Adele!

Ce séjour chez Marie a été parfait ! L’appartement est lumineux et paisible avec tout ce qu’il faut pour être confortable. Le quartier est vraiment agréable et quelques pas du palais des congrès. Je recommande vivement!
