Vacation rentals with a pool in Maspalomas

Great stay.

Vi er veldig godt fornøyd med opplevelsen her i denne store og flotte villaen. Husets planløsning er perfekt for mange mennesker, og vi var totalt 8 voksne + en baby. Huset har alle fasiliteter, og uteområdet er helt nydelig med utsikt mot golfbanen og The Dunes. I tillegg var det supert med det oppvarmede bassenget. Uteområdet ble aktivt benyttet. Vi leide sykler til alle og på denne måten var både butikker, restauranten og andre fasiliteter lett tilgjengelige. Kjøkkenet er godt utstyrt, sengene i de 4 soverommene var gode og veldig praktisk med 3 bad. Stuen var også helt super, med en stor og god sofagruppe samt et stort spisebord med plass til alle sammen. Ønsker dere en fantastisk opplevelse er dette stedet!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Sie haben uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und standen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft, wunderschön eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht. Das Haus ist auch perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Es war zudem super sauber und gepflegt. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We had a very pleasant stay with Flo & Manuela. The check-in and check-out times were flexible, which was a great advantage. The accommodation was very clean, and it was even cleaned halfway through our holiday. Flo was always available and very friendly. In short: we had a wonderful holiday with Flo & Manuela (and would surely recommend!)

Wir waren eine Gruppe von insgesamt 9 Personen und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft bietet genug Platz für eine solch große Gruppe und hat eine tolle Aufteilung, sodass man sowohl Zeit gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer als auch jeder für sich im Büro/draußen verbringen kann. Auch gibt es genug Bäder. Die Küchen bieten genug Stauraum und Utensilien auch für längere Aufenthalte. Eine Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Pool sowie die gesamte Außenanlage waren ansprechend und sauber, ebenso wie der Innenbereich. Einzig das WLAN ist nicht im gesamten Haus ausreichend stark, am besten ist es direkt im Wohnzimmer. Zum einkaufen und für Ausflüge haben wir immer unsere Mietwägen genutzt, die einfach an der Unterkunft geparkt werden konnten. Nach Las Palmas sind es nur 15min, an den Strand nach Maspalomas nur 40min, die Strecken sind einfach zu erreichen und unkompliziert. Kommunikation mit Alex war absolut reibungslos, man hat sich direkt sehr willkommen und vertraut gefühlt.

We had an amazing week in San Agustin and absolutely loved this house! The beds were comfortable, kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, and the outdoor patio and garden was perfect for hanging out and catching sun at any time of day. We really appreciated the gym and used it every day! There is plenty to do and everything is a short walk away - don’t let the hill scare you on your return walk, it’s not as tough as it looks! We had family of all ages (age 4-70+) and the house was comfortable and safe for everyone. Would definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic stay. The location was absolutely brilliant, and the host Chris was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The space is perfect for groups, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Would definitely recommend.

We had the pleasure to stay for 8 nights. You can find everything that you need, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, plates, hair dryer, iron etc The terrace its lovely and its a big plus because we spent most of our time there. Tony was great, he was very prompt every time we needed something. We recommend it 100% and we will definitely come back again!

A beautiful apartment! The only issue we had was regarding the parking. We thought parking in the complex would be available, but we had to find public parking, which was a little annoying. Just keep that in mind when you book. Other than that, everything was excellent; she even has beach umbrellas.

Ubytování bylo úžasné. Vše vypadalo tak, jak jsem to viděla na fotkách. Apartmán byl čistý, uklizený a s úžasným výhledem na oceán. Ocenili jsme i bazén, který je součástí pronájmu apartmánu. Dlouho jsem nepotkala hostitele, jako je Max. Je velmi ochotný, se vším nám poradil, byl milý a neustále na příjmu, když jsme něco potřebovali. Jako velký bonus vnímám to, že nás nechal na apartmánu v den odjezdu déle, kvůli pozdějšímu letu, bez jakékoliv problému. Cítila jsem se jako doma. Děkujeme, Maxi! A těšíme se na příště!

Mijn gezin(man, vrouw, 2 kids van 5 en 8) hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Het is niet al te groot maar voor 4 man prima. Zwembaden zijn groot en er zijn ligbedden voldoende. Het is een paar minuten lopen naar de restaurants en het strand. Er zijn voldoende (strand)handdoeken beschikbaar. We hebben mooie uitstapjes gemaakt naar plaatsjes in de buurt. Als ik 1 punt van aandacht zou mogen geven dan zou een klein boekje/foldertje met wat advies over goede restaurantjes in de buurt en leuke activiteiten en tips een leuk pluspunt zijn. Er zitten hele grote verschillen in prijs en kwaliteit van de restaurants in de buurt en zonde als je bij de verkeerde binnen stapt. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij Valentino en Fernando op loopafstand. En daarnaast goed gegeten bij Sol&Luna in Puerto de Mogan. Daarnaast is het leuk om de ferry te pakken naar Mogan of Puerto Rico. Dit kost weinig en je kan vlakbij opstappen.

We loved Yazmina’s place. It was clean with amazing views and close to a local shop which had lots of choice. What a perfect stay! We would love to return next year to stay at this apartment again as we loved it so much Thank you also to Mikaela for helping us check in and going above and beyond. It was also lovely to speak to Yazmina and thank you for the local recommendations

Patricia hizo que estuviésemos como en casa. Nos estaba esperando a nuestra llegada y tenía preparados unos amenities para la familia. Durante la estancia Patricia estuvo pendiente en todo momento, incluso consiguió que las obras de la piscina se retrasaran para que los peques pudieran disfrutar durante todas las vacaciones. El bungalow está genial, bien ubicado junto a la piscina en un complejo muy tranquilo y con fácil aparcamiento. Los sofás de la planta baja son cómodos para dormir. Sin duda repetiremos en cuanto tengamos ocasión. Muchas gracias Patricia y hasta pronto 😉

Super content de mon séjour chez Edwin ! L'appartement est ultra propre et calme ainsi que la résidence également ! Edwin est juste un hôte formidable qui est à l'écoute et il est également ultra réactif lors d'une demande ! De plus son restaurant est juste trop bien , on y mange très bien et l'accueil y est également chaleureux ! Je vous recommande cet appartement, à mi chemin du Yumbo et des dunes !

We’ve just returned from a weeks stay. Beautiful apartment, spacious and clean. A lovely, homely vibe. A wonderful pool area which was a huge hit with our daughter. Extremely helpful with check in information. Very flexible with check in/check out times which helped us immensely. We hired a car and this suited our stay perfectly. Having previously lived in Gran Canaria we found this to be the perfect spot for us to stay. Very close to Puerto Rico and Anfi Beach which is our favourite beach. We definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Thank you

Alice was super friendly and quick to respond to our questions. She also proactively offered for us to have a late check out which was great as we had evening flights!

Nous somme très content d’avoir passé les vacances de noel chez Isabel. La maison est magnifique correspond exactement aux photos. Elle est grande luxueux et tres propre, très jolie vu sur la plage. La piscine est propre et bien entretenu. Nos enfants ont bien amusé ! L’emplacement est bien et calme, idéal pour famille avec enfants. C’est très proche de l’aéroport, donc très pratique pour arrive et départ. Isabel est très gentil et très disponible! La communication se passe très bien! On reviendra si on repasse les vacances dans l’île !

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison . Son authenticité et son modernisme m’ont charmé. L environnement est agréable (piscine magnifique) juste le bruit de la route mais pas si gênant que ça. La maison est bien équipee et offre une belle intimité. Manque juste un parasol sur la terrasse pour profiter des après-midi au soleil.

The house is beautifully decorated and the pool is a great size. It's in a quiet residential area about a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a large supermarket within 10 minutes walk. There's also a few fast food places there. The main tourist area is about 15 minutes in a taxi. Jael was super responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is no air conditioning which was fine for us as our stay was in April. The only suggestion I would have is that it would have been helpful to have some sort of information in the house about working the appliances, taxi numbers, local recommendations, takeaways, tourist attractions etc. Jael was so really helpful but I felt uncomfortable contacting him all the top. I would definitely recommend this place.

Si vous aimez les rangées d’immeubles impersonnelles et bétonnées en bord de falaise, face à la mer, ce n’est pas chez Xeph qu’il faut aller! Par contre, si vous recherchez un endroit authentique et paisible, foncez! L’endroit est juste exceptionnel et participe grandement à la réussite du séjour. La situation de la finca est parfaite pour visiter le cœur de l’île, ses montagnes, ses canyons, ses chemins randonnées mais également ses plages. Il faut se deplacer en voiture mais on est heureux de retrouver la belle Finca après des journées à vadrouiller. Les maisons sont très bien équipées. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons aimé les multiples endroits où petits déjeuners, déjeuner, dîner … ce n’était jamais le même cadre mais toujours une très belle vue sur les montagnes. La communication avec Xeph est réactive et fluide et il a pensé à tout pour qu’on l’on trouve facilement le logement. Piscine non chauffée, glaciale en février mais bon pour la circulation sanguine après les randonnées
