Great place to visit with family, has a great area to visit and a great kitchen to spend with family! Went to visit family and go back to my hometown. Had a great time worth the price and location!

The stay is Alan's cabin. It was spectacular. The place is very beautiful and matches everything they offer. It is a beautiful space to share with large groups. The house is well equipped for everything you need, we always had hot water, the beds are comfortable, they were on the lookout for us and the place is very clean, we definitely returned

We had a lovely time staying in Maria’s beautiful and comfortable home. The house and the surroundings were amazing!!! The house felt so comfortable and inviting, we felt great spending time there. We even got to spend some time with Maria which added so much to our trip to Mascota, we had a lovely time hearing about the area from Maria. We spent 3 nights and mornings taking in the breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous sunrises from the back porch. We feel very fortunate to have been able to enjoy Mascota from the comfort of this beautifully crafted home! The dogs also added to our trip, we enjoyed their company while we strolled around the rangelands around the property. We highly recommend staying at Maria’s, and we would definitely come back for a longer visit some day! Thank you for everything Maria!

Excellent place to visit San Sebastian. Super close to downtown. The house is very comfortable, especially mattresses and pillows

Everything is excellent and in very good condition! As described, it is as described is the depa, shower with hot water, coffee maker and everything to prepare a simple breakfast. José communicated and was very attentive to anything. Only detail is that maybe it is not so close to the plaza, 5-8 min walking and they are uphill blocks (to get there) But from there everything is perfect! definitely highly recommended.

It is a very quiet place, if the purpose is to stroll during the day in Puerto Vallarta and at night rest this is the place.

Casa Rosas is a place in Talpa where after the long walk you feel like you're coming home. Mrs. Rosa is friendly and attentive to our questions. Attentive from our arrival to our departure. The whole apartment looked like new; the bed, rooms, pillows, towels, kitchen and kitchen items were impeccable. After 15 years traveling to Talpa, this is the first time we've felt at home when we arrived. Thank you for everything. Mauricio is attentive and kind. Therefore, we highly recommend the place.

The apartment is really nice, it has a terrace that looks really nice, the lady who welcomed us was really friendly, really attentive, they are very nice and their children helped us move around, really nice, I really recommend this apartment, it is very quiet and very cozy, it has everything you need for your stay.

Rocio is a wonderful host. She is a great communicator, caring, fast to respond to messages, and resolve any issues in a very short time. Rocio and Alma are the friendliest hostesses that I have ever met. They are a great team, and they take their hospitality seriously and with pride, and all they really care about is for the guests to have a wonderful stay. The apartment exceeded my expectations, and it was super clean. I loved the many small details within the apartment. Beds, mattresses, pillows, sheets and towels were like new, and free from any odour. Great kitchen with all necessities. Very safe apartment, and airy. Never needed to use AC. I loved the fully fenced outside area with a washer and dryer. Didn’t use the dryer, and ample clothes lines to hang clothes to dry. Never used or needed a car, because there is bus stop right in front of condo to and from the airport and downtown. All and all this stay was the best experience ever. Highly recommend. Well deserved a 5 star.

We definitely found the perfect place for what we needed. The place is very cozy,clean and nice. Flavian was always very friendly and quickly answered any questions or doubts we had,he would return to that place without a doubt .

An excellent option to spend your vacation if you are looking for something economical and if you have a car or if you don't mind traveling by bus or taxi. The price is unbeatable, I highly recommend it
