Beach house vacation rentals in Martinique

What a heavenly place, a breathtaking sea view in a peaceful place with charming decor. This dwelling has all the assets and in particular that of being quiet while being 2 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from a road of the island. The hosts are very welcoming and available. All amenities will make your stay easier (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, diving masks, closed parking, freezer, barbecue...). I envy those who will enjoy the view from the room or pool in the early morning... guaranteed effect!

Simply a little slice of heaven for our 3rd stay in Martinique. We enjoyed the calm, cleanliness, layout and decoration and especially this purely splendid view. The kayak available is a real plus. The sea fishing trip with Florent, just amazing, one of our great memories on the island. We will come back without hesitation,

A really great accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired!

Great place to stay in Le Diamant. Close to the beach and the city, but far enough to not hear the traffic. Lot of amenities and well furnished kitchen. Great hosts!

Functional accommodation, great location in Grande Anse, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with fish and turtles. Stunning views over the cove with unforgettable sunsets. We appreciated the snorkeling masks and tubes available. The bedding is of good quality, and each bed has a mosquito net. We enjoyed the air conditioning as well as the fans in the accommodation. Small supermarkets are available near the accommodation, as well as beachfront restaurants. Our on-site contact was very responsive, very friendly and very accommodating. Would do it again without hesitation!

Excellent accommodation in a great location! Very very close to the beach! Not even a 2-minute walk away, you can see the beach at the entrance to the accommodation! Convenient and well-equipped! 5 min walk from the village of Sainte Luce! It even has a washing machine!2 masks and fins are available! It has in addition to a garden allowing us to enjoy quietly in the afternoon in the sun on the hammock or on the sunbeds out of sight! In addition, Chantal warmly welcomed us with an excellent country apricot jam! We can't wait to go back!

Corinne was super nice and helpful. She even prepared a warm dinner for us at the arrival. The best part of the bungalow is the terrace. It is quite big, with deckchairs and beautiful view to the garden.

We had a pleasant stay , the accommodation was very good , very clean and as described. The environment and proximity to the landscaped beach was a real plus. The beds already made when we arrived a real plus . The covered terrace with this view was great as well as the barbecue

Actually the Villa was much better than we expected! Just the most beautiful place to go back to after a busy day around the island. The pool was sparkling clean. Not being European, I would have like different pillows, my fault I did not ask … Julianna said I should have and she would have accommodated us. Totally my fault for not asking … she is absolutely the best host ever in all our years of Airbnb! And be sure and ask for recommendations!

Very good stay, the garden is lovely. The accommodation is spacious and functional for 4 people. The vegetation allows for some privacy while enjoying the garden, in a quiet environment. The pool is lovely (games, including beach games, are available). Franck was very responsive when needed, and gave good advice, thank you! An experience to be back again!

Great stay with friends! The villa is as described. Amazing view from morning to night, with sunrise on the pool, what a delight! The environment is quiet and relaxing. On the other hand, the car is essential, because the villa is a little away from the center of Le Diamant. The location is nice because not very far (by car, about 20min) from the beaches of 3 Ilets for example. We did not have the chance to enjoy the beach downstairs from the villa as the sargasse had invited itself. Special mention for the protective net for the pool which is essential with small children. Jean Noel is very responsive and friendly.

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful villa, the rooms are large, the pool and the view is superb. Our host was very responsive to our questions. I would recommend this place and hope to be back soon. 🤩

We just returned from a great week in Martinique. Very good hosting by Jean-Paul. The house perfectly matches the description. There is no one opposite, the neighborhood is very quiet while being close to l'Anse à l'Anne with a good bakery, beach restaurants, a convenience store to help out. We discovered "Délys Kréyol" (open on weekends and holidays) in the bend under the house with, among other things, delicious take-away acras. The pool was very nice and especially the view of Fort de France lit up at night was a treat.

Very lovely (brand new and well decorated) place. Appreciate the time by the swimming pool and the space of the flat, especially the bathroom. Very nice quality furniture all over the space. Locely recommandations from Eve who was very responsive and very accommodating. Thank you!

Amazing place!! Quiet and cozy, great place to relax and chill! We LOVED the outside area. Carine was great with the instructions for the check in, it was very clear. Quick responses as well. We had also asked if there were board games cause we couldn’t find any in the house and she brought us some :) The only downside is that it gets hot in the common areas (kitchen, living room). The AC is only in the bedroom with the door closed.. but with that said, We slept very well !

We had a lovely stay with the family. The premises are as described and the location is ideal for visiting the south of the island. I recommendit.

We had a great time at the villa! The location is great with beautiful views of the diamond beach. The house is as described. The whole family had a lovely time between the beach and the pool, the kids (and the grown-ups) were excited!! I highly recommend this place from Philippe! See cozy house with great views! House was big enough for two families and it had practically all the amenities. Odile was also very nice and responded quickly.

We had a great stay in an idyllic, quiet and very nice setting. The view is breathtaking in the morning and in the evening the bay of Fort-de-France, lit was just beautiful. There's a lot of fun things to do nearby. In the evenings after a busy day lounging in the hot tub was just relaxing and invigorating. Anne Laure was super nice in the exchanges and left us plenty of useful information for our stay. A great host.

We had a great time in Martinique. The villa was beautiful and as described. The air conditioning was very nice. Gilles and his wife Cindra gave us lots of great tips for visiting their island. In short, we recommend it!

Exceptional villa, Surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view of the Pitons du Carbet and Mount Pelée. Wow, the beach that's perfect for walks and snorkeling. We had a great time at this property. Although the location is a bit far from the main city, it didn't affect our experience at all. The pool was a real asset, offering a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring. In addition, the view from the villa was absolutely beautiful, adding a special touch to our stay.​ The host was welcoming and attentive to our needs, which greatly contributed to making our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with splendid views.​

Thanks again Olivier! First vacation in Martinique with 2 small children and after 13 days, we must say that the accommodation is very functional with good baby equipment (booster seat, baby bed...). The neighborhood is quiet and the municipal beach which is a 5-minute walk away is, in our opinion, the most pleasant with children (no current, few waves, no sargassum), shady corners, bars/restaurants, small grocery store, water activities...), in short KAZE TIARE is a small haven of happiness in the south of Martinique. Great plus, being able to have breakfast or dinner on the terrace with the hummingbirds, lizards... For children, it's just magical. We'll be happy to come back!
