Welcome to this calm, newly built eco-friendly accommodation in the heart of nature ❤️ Here you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker. There is a washing machine as well as toilet & shower. On the terrace outside the cottage, there are tables & chairs 🙌 The accommodation consists of two cottages: a fully equipped cottage with a 180 cm double bed & a 130 cm sofa bed & another small cottage next door with two 90 cm beds (this one lacks running water💦) Note: This home is not suitable for families with children under 10 years of age!

Now, we finally rent out our newly renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse of 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Close to Högbo Bruk with mountain bike trails, canoe trails, paddle tennis, cross-country trails and large forests. 28km to Kungsberget's ski resort for slalom & cross country skiing, hiking, bear safari. The cottage is heated by the sauna, whose heat can be spread throughout the cottage. This makes the accommodation useful all year round. The power supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simpler lighting. However, the capacity is limited. There is a possibility to charge mobile phones via sockets, as well as access to TV with DVD.

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Relax in this unique and tranquil home right on the lake. Here you come to enjoy nature and take it easy. Enjoy a morning or evening swim from your own dock and take a ride on the lake or take a walk in the woods right outside the door. Close by you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the selection of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.

A separate apartment in a larger house from the beginning of the 20th century with old-fashioned charm. There are in total four vacation apartments. Strömsberg is a unique village with a heritage of centuries of ironworks. There is small river where you can go of a swim, and there is a summer-open café. This is a quiet place where you can enjoy peaceful surroundings, but don´t expect much tourist services.

En liten stuga för er som vill besöka och bo nära Furuvik och Gävle. Det är gångavstånd, ca 1 km, till Furuviksparken och Furuviks tågstation. Ca 400m till busshållplats mot Gävle/Älvkarleby. Det finns gott om badplatser både i havet/Dalälven samt sjöar i närheten. En mysig nyrustad stuga med många bekvämligheter. Tänk på att ta med egna sängkläder och handdukar då vi ej tillhandahåller detta.

Beautiful old house in Torsåker

Separate two bedroom apartment in turn-of-the-century house, situated on the outskirts of the small village of Torsåker with beautiful views of the hills and fields. Perfect for a quick stop or a longer stay. (We are closed over the winter months because of the energy-prices. Welcome back in the spring, we open up again at the end of april 2023!)
