Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Mi experiencia en el departamento fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, todo estuvo impecablemente limpio, lo que transmite mucha tranquilidad. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar. La decoración es moderna y acogedora, y el lugar es muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Además, el trato del anfitrión fue excepcional: siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar y me encantaría volver.

Guapulo is the best spot for escaping the big smoke of modern Quito, and Amandine’s place gives you everything you could wish for for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My fav. time of day was 7-9am when the morning sun streams in the windows and the hammock beckons, together with some good music and fresh coffee :)

Es una casa muy bonita razón por la que prolongue la estancia, muy tranquilo y seguro, nada de bulla. La vista de la casa es impresionante desde la terraza y cuarto principal. Paul es un gran anfitrión también. todo estuvo genial.

Jaime is an awesome host. He made our stay unforgettable as always. He goes above and beyond with our requests. He was responsive, friendly and respectful. We are always glad to stay in that adorable property. I hope the upcoming guest/s are as respectful as we were of his house. Guest/s please treat it as your own home. Pame’s place was SPECTACULAR!!! Beautiful views, very convening to restaurants, beautiful part 1 block away, very clean, felt very safe, metro 1 block away. Huge shopping center directly across the street. 10/10. If this place is available when I return, I’ll definitely stay here again. Pame was also super responsive, it said response time was within :20, was more like :02 minutes. A+

el apartamento muy bonito, lo único es que somos persona mayores, la tecnología nos dio muy duro, en prender la estufa, la TV ect..la zona muy bonita y teanquila

I stayed at Ana’s apartment for a week. I had been travelling quite a lot and just wanted a place to relax and this was perfect. I love cooking and was amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was, it had every utensil I could possibly need. There are 2 televisions in the apartment, the one in bedroom has Netflix. The apartment is very safe, security are always on call and replied to my messages straight away when I had any questions. The gym was also very well equipped and had all the equipment needed for a full workout. Ana was a great host and kept in contact to ensure I had everything I needed.

Quedé muy contenta con mi estadía, pequeños detalles con el uso de las instalaciones que Silvana resolvió de inmediato, pero fuera de eso el lugar es precioso, limpio, volvería sin duda, recomiendo el lugar es hermoso y muy limpio que es lo que más me encantó, la ubicación es ideal.

La ubicación es muy céntrica y segura. Zayda estuvo siempre atenta, y el personal de seguridad en el lobby fue muy amable. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

lugar limpio cuenta con todo lo de la descripción y seguro, solo debe cambiar la chapa de la puerta del departamento, esta un poco vieja, por lo demás todo muy bien

Excelente lugar, el departamento de Priscila estaba hermoso, muy bien decorado, cómodo y muy bien ubicado, sobre todo seguro y muy cerca de todo. Adicional, ella se comunica muy bien, siempre atenta a lo que requieras. Lo recomiendo 10/10

I’ve never felt so comfortable at an Airbnb! Camila, our Airbnb host, from the beginning of our 3 month stay said she’d help us in anyway we needed and she was amazing! In fact, we are now friends! She lives on the property which made it very easy to get a hold of her! And her dog, Inca, was so friendly- greeting us in the mornings and throughout the day. The location was perfect. We walked to Tumbaco daily and cabs and Ubers were easy to find. Good restaurants were right next to the apartment and Super maxi , the grocery store and a mall was a two block walk. Everywhere you looked the Andes mountains were there as well. I highly recommend Inca Haus!
