Sommerhus på 243m2: 5 soveværelser, 4 badeværelser, spa, bordtennis, billard og dart mm. 2.000 m2 stor skøn naturgrund. Grunden ligger i ugenert sommerhusområdet meget tæt på en af Danmarks skønneste strande. Masser af muligheder for oplevelser, fx Funpark med padle, mini - og fodboldgolf, baseball og golf. Nær hyggelige Marielyst centrum med restauranter og butikker Medbring selv sengelinned og håndklæder - eller oplys os om at I gerne vil leje dette - så sørger vi for at det ligger klart :)

Vores hyggelige træ-hytte er den perfekte getaway! Hovedhuset har stue, spiseplads og køkken samlet i ét, med sovesofa til to. Sovehuset har en dobbeltseng med egen indgang, og badehuset tilbyder en brusekabine til ro og afslapning. Fra køkkenet går man ud på en stor træterrasse – perfekt til morgenkaffe og middage. 4 min. gang til stranden/vandet og fælles swimmingpool om sommeren. Chromecast, bøger og basisting som shampoo, balsam og kaffemaskine. Medbring selv sengetøj og håndklæder.

Huset har 162 kvm i grund plan, og yderligere 30 kvm hems og værelse på 1 sal. Huset hjerte er er stort køkken-alrum stue på ca 90 kvm, hvor der er masser af plads til alle. Der er trampolin og alle udendørs faciliteter til at nyde sommeren i skønne Marielyst. Forbrug afregnes individuelt og særskilt El: 4,00 DKK Per KWh Vand: 100 DKK Per m3

Summerhouse in nordic design with many activities

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Lækkert sommerhus

Veludstyret og lækkert sommerhus tæt på vandet hvor der er gode muligheder for kajak og kano. Familievenligt, og med den store have, som bare inviterer til masser af sjov og hygge. Hyggelige Vordingborg, med Gåsetårnet lige i nærheden, og med strand og naturen helt tæt på. Vores dejlige sommerhus fik vi opført i 2005 som et familieprojekt mellem to brødre og vores respektive familier. Huset har netop fået nye gulve og sanitet, samt nye senge og flere nye møbler. Velkommen til.

Skønt sommerhus i Marielyst på Lolland Falster

Huset er lyst og hyggelig. Min bolig er god til par og familier (med børn). Et super sommerhus, som kan bruges hele året, ligger 200 meter til Danmarks bedste strand. Marielyst er et godt ferieparadis, med strand, skov, rigt fugle og dyre liv. Marielyst har også shopping, restauranter, og barer. Huset kan også bruges om vinteren, der er en energivenlig varmepumpe, og huset er godt isoleret. Prisen er uden El forbrug. Så krav om ekstra betaling for El forbrug kommer efter opholdet.

This cozy cottage is located quietly and scenically in Denmark's southernmost cottage area. The cottage is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump and on a cool evening you can light up the stove. The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, a convection oven with four ceramic hobs, a microwave, a coffee machine + Nespresso machine, a toaster and a dishwasher. The TV in the living room is a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access. (Please use your own access)

Skøn hytte på landet - tæt på den smukkeste strand

Med den smukkeste udsigt over markerne og helt til Østersøen vil opholdet her i vores rolige hytte gøre dig helt afslappet! Den selvstændige hytte ligger i en lille landsby på Vestmøn, meget tæt (ca 10-15 min. gang) på den smukkeste sandstrand. Der er cykler (sommerhuscykler) gratis til jeres rådighed. Her vil du nyde stilheden og den smukke natur, Møn byder på, i fulde drag. Hytten er et selvstændigt hus ved siden af vores store sommerhus (et tidligere historisk hus).

Min bolig lægger tæt på stranden og med en central og rolig placering i Marielyst by og alligevel kun ca. 500m fra den fantastiske strand. Rema 100m Hyggelig lille have og solrig terasse mod sydvest med eftermiddags - og aftensol. Et af de bedst beliggende huse på Nørrevang. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly refurbished cabin is located 5 minutes walk from the family friendly sandy beach of Marielyst. The cabin is bright and airy with its open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with access to a decked area where you can enjoy the evening sun. It's a short bicycle ride to local shops, a butcher and a variety of restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.
