Foi uma estadia ótima! O apartamento super bem organizado e equipado, com espaço e organização bem aproveitados e aconchegante. A vista também foi um diferencial. Não tive nenhum incomodo relacionado a barulhos, vizinhos, etc. O host, Luis Felipe, foi muito solicito com dúvidas. No anúncio havia a descrição de um ferro de passar que não estava no apto, mas logo após sinalizá-lo com uma mensagem sobre isso, ele prontamente resolveu a questão. Com certeza eu passaria mais tempo e escolheria o apto novamente.

Minha experiência na hospedagem do Luis foi ótima! O lugar tem um custo-benefício incrível, superou minhas expectativas. Excelente ap. com tudo que vc precisa para uma boa estadia, equipados conforme descritos no anúncio. Tudo muito limpo, camas super confortáveis, roupas de cama impecáveis. Chuveiro grande muito bom, esquenta bem e com ajuste de temperatura. A anfitriã é muito atenciosa, tive feedback quase instantaneo em todas as minhas demandas. O checkin foi tranquilo pois ela nos passou previamemte todas as informações/solicitações da portaria e também as regras do condomínio. Garagem do tipo estacionamento coberto, numerado, comporta bem uma camionete e com boa área de manobra.
