We boekten voor 5 nachten maar bleven er 9. Het grote terras met goede zit- en eetplaats en de keuken zijn een meerwaarde als je wat minder mobiel bent (we waren herstellende van een ongeluk). Het een ontzettend rustige plek (dus goed geslapen) en toch vlakbij San Juan. Het is een prachtig huisje en hebt altijd het gevoel buiten en midden in de natuur te zijn.

We had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous homey retreat in the hills. Kristina went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations as my partner was working and wifi on the island is touch and go. She supported us with a long list of options, and was kind and responsive throughout our stay. Their gorgeous doggos made the stay all the more special, but nothing can really top just how incredible the house itself is. They’ll remind you that you can’t miss the sunsets and really, the best spot on the island to watch the entirety of the colours change the sky. We did experience a number of brown outs but that went beyond their control, and added to our peaceful disconnect. They had solar lamps and candles, but to know in case that would be an issue for you. Overall the most incredible stay and we can’t wait to return.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. Un moyen de locomotion est nécessaire (scooter ou voiture), mais la situation est néanmoins très bonne. Mention spéciale pour le petit restaurant à deux pas de la maison, ou le déjeuner est excellent. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour détente à Siquijor.

Very nice place to stay as it is near the beach. The accommodation is so clean and aesthetically pleasing

David, with his family, is a wonderful host. Very hospitable and friendly people! We had a wonderful stay at Jermaine Quiet House. Though the place is quite deep, but it offers a raw Siquijor experience. It is in Lazi, which made it strategically located in the middle of the stretch where the popular tourist attractions are located. The room is simple yet equipped with basic needs. It has refrigerator to store food, an airconditioner, a fully finctioning kitchen, a veranda and barbecue area.

Had a fantastic time at Kevin's place. After arriving we quickly settled in and felt right at home. Kevin was very helpful in pointing out to us points of interest such as beaches, ATMs, waterfalls and other sights. Kevin always responded quickly via the Airbnb chat and was always happy to have a chat in person in case we had a question about something. Would definitely recommend Kevin's place to other travellers, private area away from the crowds with a beach a quick walk away with stunning scenery and a fantastic view of the sunset from the property.

Juvy was very responsive and accommodating prior and upon arrival so it was basically seamless from the onset. The listing published is aligned with how I expected it to be upon arrival. It is very spacious, squeaky clean and the caretaker, Christina, was very helpful during our entire stay. The location was very nice as it was situated in front of the beach where you can hangout and chill. It is near the sea port and the boulevard so it was pretty accessible! We barely had to buy stuff because it was almost complete (drinking water, kitchenware, toiletries etc) and to top it off, there’s a bar at the ground floor where you can drink and relax! Everything was great and we’ll definitely come back and recommend this to our friends!

We really enjoyed our stay at this nature-inspired resort. It’s peaceful and quiet, with only the sound of rustling trees—perfect for relaxing. Our room was spacious, with a comfy bed that could fit three people and a mini living room. Essentials like towels, a toothbrush, soap, shampoo, and toothpaste were provided. There was warm and cold water, and the WiFi was strong. We appreciated the shared kitchen, which had utensils, plates, and a water dispenser. There was a TV, but no remote—it didn’t bother us, so we didn’t ask. The location is secluded, with no nearby stores, and the road is steep. It might be too quiet for some, and the curtains aren't blackout. No hairdryer, and there were quite a few mosquitoes, so bring repellent. We were especially grateful the owner helped us find a ride during checkout when we couldn’t get one. Overall, a great place to disconnect and enjoy nature—just come prepared!
