The house is just as seen in the photos, everything is very well maintained and perfect to disconnect, apart from Eduardo, who was attentive to make sure we didn't miss anything.

The stay was great,I went with the family to be in Warner Bros for a couple of days and we decided on this place,it looked great in the listing and it was. Everything impeccable and very cozy, there was no lack of a detail,the host at all times was very attentive and helpful. We'll be back for sure, 100% recommended.

We loved the house. Quiet area with a nice garden to enjoy. Heating that warms the house well and you don't notice the cold even when sleeping. Tommy was very attentive from the start.

Gustavo’s place is the best stay we’ve ever had with Airbnb. The house is stellar, with unique and architecture-forward elements, and we adored the garden and amenities. But what made the stay even better was meeting Gustavo! He is a great communicator, even helped us with a lunch reservation, and let us enjoy the space. This is a rare find and we can’t wait to return!

The experience has been spectacular. Even before booking the accommodation, all communication with Ruth was smooth, clear and friendly. The house is as shown in the photos. We arrived and the fireplaces were lit and the house was at a perfect temperature to start enjoying it. Very nice apartment in a good location, close to Gran Vía, Plaza España, etc. With nearby subway entrances. Patricio was very attentive to us. The apartment is very clean and he let us in before the time because Patricio hurried to have it ready for our arrival.

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

A great quirky bijou base for a stay in Madrid. However, the internal stairs in the apartment is very steep and and requires care. It would not be suitable for those with any difficult walking..
